Work was done quickly and professionally. We will definitely use them again.

First of all, a live person answered the phone to schedule an appointment. Rick showed up on time and made some good recommendations. He quoted us the price and told me that it would have to be fit in at the end of the day since it was a smaller job. He told me it could be several weeks. 2 days later, the trees were taken down as expected. I would prefer to have expectations surpassed than promises broken as so many other companies do. Will definitely call them again for future needs.

They provided a prompt and detailed estimate. I called to negotiate a few of the details which they were easy to work with on. They were scheduling 3 weeks out and they showed up to do the work within the rough time frame that they had estimated. The work was performed well and as we had agreed upon.

Rick, the owner came out, spent about an hour going over my heavily wooded property and determining my needs. Was very happy that he was able to recommend what we absolutely needed to do (for safety -- huge, scary, dead trees), what we should do at some point (for maintenance) and what was optional (for aesthetics). Helped us plan our budgeting -- put together an informal plan for the next few years so that we could manage our tree maintenance in chunks.
He sent a huge crew with lots of trucks. They were quick and efficient and did better/more than I expected.
Really, really happy -- especially since the price was exceptional: we had five different companies out to give their opinions/quotes. After that, I had Rick out a second time to tweak his proposal based on what I had learned and what others suggested. He spent another leisurely 30 mins or so, revising our plan.
The only issue was scheduling the actual work. I knew he (and all companies) were backed up because of lots of recent storm damage in the area, but we had a hard time nailing down a specific time -- even when we finally got on the schedule, we were never really clear as to when they would begin. So, a small communication bump, but the workmanship was exceptional.

They arrived a perfect time for us and started cutting the trees immediately. The climbed the trees instead of using their trucks since our septic area is all around 2 of the trees and you cannot drive on this area. They piled up all the wood for each tree in a pile and as they did this they cut the wood into small enough sizes for my husband to pick up and move to another area later. They ground up the stumps for all 3 trees and promptly cleaned up all the debris from the limbs, wood chips and all other debris from the job. We were very happy with the job they did and had them come back for another project approximately a week later in another area of our yard.

I saw the company working in my neighborhood and liked their work, so I asked if they could stop by and give me an estimate to trim several large branches from my oak tree. They estimated $125, which was very reasonable, and I had them do the job. They carefully removed the branches, cut them into short lengths for firewood, and cleaned up all the debris and sawdust. They did such a good job that I gave each of them a tip. I plan to call them again for any tree work I need.

I have used this tree company in the past and have been very pleased with them. I would certainly use them again.

They are on time, very reasonable and have nice people that they send out. If you have a problem they will come back out.
