+ -1 moreI would like to begin by saying, as a retired engineer, I was very impressed by the installation of our complete A/C and furnace. However, soon after the installation the outside A/C unit became noisy. I called Atlas Butler and a technician was dispatched the same day. The problem was found to be internal to the unit, and a team from Atlas Butler arrived within a few days to replace the entire unit. I am very satisfied and impressed with the level of Customer Satisfaction shown by Atlas Butler and how they stand behind their product.
