Great overall experience. Pitch of rear window and small back seat area presented a problem. Installer applied tint to rear window 4 times before she was satisfied with results. She did a great job. The car since was totaled in an accident. Received gift certificate for Christmas from my husband to tint windows in my Mitsubishi Eclipse which will be performed this Spring. I highly recommend them, great installation and customer service.

I think the actual service was fine. They do a good job on that but I was disappointed in one thing. When I called on the phone I was quoted a price and there was no mention of that being a discounted price. I printed a coupon of the internet and when I went in to get the discount they told me that they had already quoted me the price with that discount included.

We called and made an appointment to have the undercoat done to our Ford Taurus. They were able to get us in on a Saturday. They told us it would be done the same day, we dropped it off. They called, and it was ready for pickup. They did a really nice job on our car. They seem rather efficient. We have been using this company for several years now.

They rust proofed our Ford Taurus. When we call we can usually get in rather quickly. We dropped it off on a Saturday morning and it was done by noon. They do really good work there. We have used them before.

This was a complete mess. I started working with the Ziebart in Reynoldsburg. I had all of my windows tinted. Dropped the car off at 8AM as requested for a noon completion estimate. I did not get my car back until 5PM on the next day. The company did offer a $35 price reduction due to time requirement. All door windows were poorly tinted. Cuts were bad, bubbles, poor application. One section was actually installed backwards, sticky side in, and completely fell off the window. Resolution was very slow, appointments were pushed back several times. Eventually rescheduled with the Ziebart on the West side of Columbus. This location redid six window panes, very nice job. This however did not clear up all the frustrations and poor experiences we had with the other location.

They were very quick and responsive. Also, very honest and upfront. And of course the job was done well.

THEY ALWAYS TREAT ME WELL WHEN I HAVE ANY SERVICE AT THIS FACILITY. THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE CAR COMPLETED ON TIME. THE SERVICE IS GREAT. THE CAR ALWAYS LOOKS FANTASTIC WHEN IT IS DONE.
