I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE AT ZETTLER IN WORTHINGTON. I FIND THE SALESPERSONS HELPFUL AND I ENJOY THE SELECTION AND THE AUTHENTICATE HARDWARE STORE ATMOSPHERE. IT WAS A DEFINITE BONUS TO DISCOVER A HARD TO FIND ITEM WE WERE LOOKING FOR WAS ONLINE AT ACE'S WEBSITE, AND DELIVERY WAS FREE TO THE LOCAL STORE.

THEY WERE A BIT DISORGANIZED. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL, AND WHEN I CALLED ABOUT MY SCREENS, THEY COULDN'T FIND THEM. FINALLY I WENT TO THE STORE, AND HELPED THEM FIND THE SCREENS. THE REPAIRS WERE DONE VERY WELL.
