Every time I've called them, I've been able to get them the same day. They have never led me on about anything. Everything they've told me seems to check out. They always show up when the say they are going to show up.

WHEN REMOVING THE WATER HEATER HE GOUGED MY VINYL FLOOR, PUT A HAND PRINT ON THE WALL AND TRACKED DIRT THROUGH MY HOUSE. WHEN THE BUYER INTERESTED IN MY HOME HAD IT INSPECTED THE INSPECTOR DETECTED A SMALL GAS LEAK AT THE WATER HEATER.

ALTHOUGH VERY NICE, THE WORKER'S EYES WERE BLOOD-SHOT, HE STAGGERED DOWN THE STAIRS AND SMELLED. HE SNAKED OUT THE SECONDARY LINE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. THEY SENT THE SAME GUY I COMPLAINED ABOUT TWO DAYS LATER AND HE LEFT A NOTE THAT HE WAS HERE. I HAVE THREE DOGS AND SHOULD HAVE HEARD HIM. I REFUSED THEIR OFFER FOR MORE SERVICE.

HE DID GREAT WORK AND IS A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. HE FIXED IT REAL GOOD AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS AND THE WORK AS HE WAS DOING IT. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. HIS PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT!

THIS COMPANY WAS WORKING WITH SEARS TO INSTALL A NEW WATER HEATER I HAD BOUGHT. SINCE THEY WERE ALREADY HERE I ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT A LEAKY FAUCET. THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME A $75 SERVICE CALL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ALREADY HERE. THE REPAIRS COST ABOUT $4. DIDNT CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES ALL THAT WELL AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO FIX SOMETHING.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY WORK FOR YOU AND NOT THEMSELVES. I FOUND A 10 DOLLAR OFF COUPON A WEEK AFTER I USED THEM AND I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT IT AND THEY GAVE ME 10 DOLLARS. I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
