 + -1 moreMy personal suggestion to Mr. Nick Watson would be that with the amount of competition in his line of work, he may want to at minimum return phone calls. This is the worse case of customer service that I have ever experienced, I will be sure that anyone ask me who they should call for lawn care the answer will not be Worthington Lawn Care.
Description of Work: I called Nick Watson to schedule his company to perform work in my yard to include mowing my 3 acres of grass while I was gone on vacation, I told him that he could do the work anytime between the 25th of April and May 2nd. Nick agreed that he would be sure to have the work completed by the time of my return. When I arrived home on May 3rd. much to my surprise the work had not been completed, I called Nick to address the issue of his not doing the work that he had been contracted to do, he apologized, explaining that he had forgotten and that he would be out the next day and have the work completed by the time I arrived home. When I returned home on the 4th of May once again no one had showed up to do the work, I called and left a message addressing the lack of commitment to the promises he had personally given me, I called again on the 5th, and the 6th., as to this day I still have not received a return call. On the 7th and 8th of May I mowed the 1 ft. high lawn myself, I have also since contracted another company to complete the work.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. That particular company was in the neighborhood doing work for a neighbor and I approached them and asked if they did any sort of tree work. The tree in my yard was so dead that I would be able to push it over; the only thing that was holding the tree upright was a branch. The next day, he came out and cut off that branch and pushed the tree right over, then removed it. There was no charge associated with this work. I am satisfied with their services and I will call him again for any future yard work that I might need.
Description of Work: Removed a dead tree that was about ready to fall over.

 + -1 moreWe have used this company for two years now. We used them based on the recommendation of a neighbor that had used them for a few years. They did more things and were cheaper than the lawn company that we had used before.
Description of Work: They mowed the grass and did some trim work and blowing.
