The service man was very pleasant and professional but simply could not fix the problem.

It went very well although I thought the price was a bit high. One plus was that when I went to install the fixtures after tiling the shower and couldn't get them to fit right, I called them and the person who privided the original estimate came out and told me what I was doing wrong. It was almost a year later, way past the warenty period, and he didn't charge me.

Perfect, could not have been better.

Carol Ricks went above and beyond to look for the small part and actually found it in stock. Her efforts for such a small item reassured me that if I ever needed a larger item or job, that her service would be exemplary. A customer service job well done!

Although we didn't use Worley, the selection was very good and Cindy, the sales associate who walked us through the showroom, could not have been more helpful. We really quizzed Cindy about the merits of different toilets and the flushing ability. We wanted a brushed nickel look rather than chrome, and Cindy made sure they would have it available when we wanted delivery. Cindy was kind enough to call us on several occasions to make sure we knew they would be happy to provide all the items on our ''wish list''. We didn't use Worley, because we found the same items at the Great Indoors during a special sale.
