My experience with them has been very good. They are prompt. When we have had an emergency they get right out and take care of it. I would recommend them.

Obtained referral from Angie's list. I obtained different bids from vendors at a home show, but decided to stick with Angie's list. The workman was very professional, explained different options, and provided a good product and workmanship. He arrived later than stated, but this was not a significant issue.

He came out and fixed the air conditioner for me. It wasn't very hard so he put it down as a maintenance call instead of a service call to help me out. I have used them many times and they always do a good job.

I called them at the beginning of June, and I still haven't heard back from them. I plan to call them back.

They gave me a good price, and I had at least six estimates. They are by far the best price. I have a Lennox. They cleaned up after them

They have done work for me for at least 15 years. They are great.

OK - This was a simple job, but did you notice the price? I actually purchased a service contract with this company over a year ago, and I LOVE them! I used to just about get ulcers whenever there were problems with the heating or air conditioning because I knew the clock was ticking and every minute was costing me more money. Now, I pay a one time service charge per year, they come out to inspect twice a year plus anytime there is a problem I pay only for parts, no labor charges (and there is a discount for any parts needed.) And to make it even better, every time I've called, they've come within a couple of hours of my call - this time it was about 30 minutes from the time I called. Their service is simply phenomenal.

My a/c broke during heat wave. I called and sales rep came out the next day. They gave me a price, sat and talked to me. They were very professional and honest. I trusted the guy very much. They said they would do it Friday, but were available to come a day early. They were careful and cautious. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I was thrilled to get home from work and see.

Very well. The salesman, Vince Ferrara, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and concerns. He called after the installation was finished to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The installers were very clean and conscientious. They were wizards at fitting in the PVC pipes in very tight quarters in my basement.

My wife and I returned home from a weeks vacation and when we entered our home found the temp to be 45 degrees. After checking the thermostat and furnace realized that we had a problem. It was 7:30pm on Saturday night and the outside temp was 11 degrees. Wolfe and Sons had installed the furnace approx 7 years ago, so I gave them a call to see if they could help. As expected they were closed, however, they had an option for emergencies which I selected. I left a message as requested and waited for a return call. I received a call back within just a few minutes. The service tech (John I think) asked me a few questions regarding what I was seeing and what I had tried. He indicated that he could come out and help us and explained in advance what the cost was for an emergency call. He arrived within 30 minutes and and fixed the furnace and replaced the filter (which was very dirty) while he was here. I was completed impressed with Wolfe and Sons. The service tech was wonderful!

I called them back about aspects of the installation and they resolved all of my concerns. I had requested four estimates for removing and relocating the furnace and only Wolfe & Sons and another company said they would do it. It has worked out well with Wolfe & Sons.

The salesman was very informative, not pushy. The workman showed up on time, laid down tarps to keep carpet clean. They were very nice, installed all equipment in a timely manner, removed old equipment and cleaned up any mess. My only problem is that they mistook my Dewault rechargeable battery and charger for their own, and took it when they left. It was setting in my workshop near the furnace, so I understand the mistake. Fortunately, I noticed it was gone the next day and called them. My salesman returned it that afternoon with an apology. They did nice work, and I am happy with the product (Lennox) and the service.

Checked out the overall furnace for safety and good operation, and didn't try to sell me anything more than I needed.

Rick Hoffman arrived during the 2-hour window of time for which they had made the appointment. He was very polite, conscientious, and thorough in his inspection.

He did come today and install the pump.

Very good. Was on time, very nice, working quickly and didn't cost too much.

After another heating company had made 6 trips by 4 different techs and still hadn't repaired my furnace, I called Wolfe & Sons on the advice of a coworker. Rick, the tech from Wolfe, was professional and very competent. He cleaned the ignition trigger and installed a new ignition control. A condenser leak had damaged some of the controls so he rigged up a tin shield to prevent future problems. Rick also noted that the old blower motor, which the other company had replaced, was in OK shape, the air intake was blocked by lint. Most of the items repaired should have been fixed during the annual maintenace checks I had been paying the previous company to do. Wolfe & sons were prompt at answering the phone, scheduling the appointment, and right on time for the appointment. The tech worked quickly, bringing in tools and parts he might need so he didn't have to make frequent trips out to his truck. I will definitely use this company again.

The technician was very thorough and he knew his business. He checked things that my other furnace people didn't. We've been having a problem with the furnace kicking on and shutting off on its own. The technician fixed that.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. THE GENTLEMAN CAME TOO EARLY (THEY WERE SCHEDULED AT 8 AND CAME AROUND 7:30) . THAT'S OKAY, IT JUST GOT US MOVING A LITTLE FASTER THAT MORNING! HE DID A NICE JOB AND EVERYTHING. THE CONTRACT FOR MY FURNACE AND HUMIDIFIER AND MY DAUGHTER'S (ATTACHED) WAS $230 WHICH (I'M PRETTY SURE) COVERS LABOR AND SPRING CHECKUP (PARTS WOULD BE EXTRA IF REPAIRS WERE NEEDED).

Service repairman quickly identified problem and made a simple repair for just the cost of a service call. He was also generous in answering maintenance questions and making suggestions for extending the life of my furnace/AC. It was reassuring that a single female with a total lack of maintenance skills was not taken advantage of.

IN & OUT IN 20 MINUTES, HAS DONE GREAT WORK ON A CONSISTENT BASIS FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS. OUR SERVICE CONTRACT GETS US FREE LABOR, & WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

WOLFE AND SONS RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR INQUIRY, DIAGNOSED THE SITUATION ACCURATELY, PRICED THE JOB FAIRLY, AND REPLACED THE AIR CONDITIONING AND FURNACE A DAY AFTER RECEIVING OUR ORDER. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, NEAT, AND DILIGENT IN RESTORING TEMPERATURE CONTROL DURING DIFFICULT WEATHER, AND IN EXPLAINING THE SYSTEM TO OUR ELDERLY TENANT. THEY HAVE PROVIDED THAT HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE DURING EACH OF THE JOBS THEY'VE DONE IN ALL OF OUR HOUSES.

EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE - PROMPT AND COURTEOUS - NO SURPRISES. WORK DONE WELL AND ON TIME.

WANTS TO SEE AND NOT REPAIR. EVEN NEW EQUIPMENT VERY HIGH PRICED.

THEY WERE ESPECIALLY PROMPT. THIS WAS A COMPLICATED PROBLEM THAT THEY EXPLAINED WELL.
