I have had them for a couple of years. I have to call every year because they up my bill. I don't change my programming or anything and then all of a sudden my bill goes up to $120 to $130. Then I call and say not to do that. I ask if they can help me and then they lower it down to $100. Their customer service is good. They are so great, except several months ago I got people from another country. Apparently they expanded and sent some of their work across the sea or over to another country and I could not hardly understand them. I asked if they could help me, but they couldn't so I just hung up. Accidently, I called back and asked what happened and found out that I could ask for somebody in the United States which I do now. I don't use them in India or wherever they are from. I don't like it.
On or about September 5, 2014 at approximately 5 P.M I was engaged with WOW Customer Support person, Allison #H6421 (NOI) regarding a continuing 9 month old grievance regarding faulty service. Without warning all services including phone was terminated/cut-off leaving my health, my life, and my property in great peril and jeopardy. There has been no attempt to contact me or restore my service.
UPDATE: As of 11/5/2014 WOW continues to bill me for terminated services. I?m receiving harassing phone calls and letters threatening to ruin my credit if I don?t pay.
UPDATE: As of 12/16/2014 WOW's William Wright is ignorant of the facts and refuses to investigate the evidence I provided which proves Ms. Allison #6421 did in fact violate FCC Law, i.e. "Termination of Service". WOW is now engaged in condoning and supporting this lawless act by their actions/inactions.

WARNING TO ALL: ?WOW is a Cable Company from H***?
Yesterday I had to make contact with their customer service department because their website, for account management login, was not working properly. Although I was informed that some of their web based services were down at the moment, the customer service rep took the time to look up all the inquiries I was intending to make had I been able to log into my account. She went over my most recent bill and gave me line item details of the transactions, she was very professional, and the response time (in between waiting on a rep and someone actually getting on the phone) was very quick. I have been a WOW customer for a very long time and I feel that they have the most competitive pricing amongst other companies that offer the same services. The cost of service that I quoted above is the approximate amount of my bill and that's for a bundle of services that include signature cable, high speed internet and unlimited local calling. I also have 2 DVRs; 4 boxes total as the other 2 are regular boxes. All for approximately $140. There was a time when the promotions I received had expired and my bill increased but I called them immediately and they just replaced some credits on my account to where the bill was affordable again. I can't say anything negative about this company as my experience has been all positive; even when they may have an outage, etc. they are prompt to make sure service is restored for their customers. My mom just recently switched over to them from a satellite service provider and she is now getting more for her buck and at a cheaper price and without a contract. I would definitely recommend them.
Their service is great, but they had me try a lot of other things to correct the problems we were having, until I said we had old equipment. That is when she went and checked what equipment we had. If I hadn't mentioned it, I am sure it wouldn't have been looked at.
My suggestion is when equipment goes out of date, they should be proactive and exchanging out the old for new.
