Very well! Anthony was referred to me by a friend who had had a very similar - and money saving - experience. Anthony was courteous, prompt, etc. but most of all thorough in his inspection. He found some water seepage and identified a couple other things that I think many inspectors would not have identified. Based on his findings I was able to get the seller to perform $7,000 of repairs prior to the closing. I heartily recommend Anthony!

Both times I employed Mr. Wharton I was impressed with his knowledge of his trade, professionalism, and extreme detail in which he preformed the inspection and how overwhelmingly thorough his detailed reports were. Couldn't be happier with the job he did.
