Brad the salesman called us back within minutes of our semi-emergency phone call that our door was stuck closed. They had a young technician named Blake who came out the very next day to fit within our schedule. We can't say enough good thongs about the whole experience as Blake although very young was extremely well trained, professional, courteous & knowledgeable. He made sure everything was lined up right & even lubed all the roller joints etc.. I would highly recommend this company for all of your garage door needs.

Because my car was essentially trapped in the garage because of the broken spring, they were able to come out and fix the spring immediately upon receiving our phone call request for service.  We have used this company before, and we are never disappointed.  Very friendly and professional.

It was just a general maintenance. I had used him before, at my old house. I had him put a new garage door opener.

We had the large garage door done with them about 7 years before and we really liked it. They were very prompt. They have high quality at a really reasonable price. They were very professional and he was empathetic to the fact I have a disability. We let him know that we had been looking for someone to do a ramp for us at the front entrance. He let his brother-in-law know and he got in touch with us within 2 weeks!

They did everything fast in one day for 2 cars garage door, we happy with them. Save money with coupon.

Garage door torsion spring broke as the door opener was operating resulting in gears of the carriage assembly to be stripped.
The door came down with a resounding thud - the door is very heavy.
The 16ft door has 2 torsion springs, one of which unknowingly had broken earlier, but the door opener was still able to open the door till the final spring broke.
Called Wayne Dalton to set up a time for repair.
Serviceman arrived at scheduled time and repaired and replaced subject parts in a timely and professional manner.

Called Wayne Dalton on Thursday, November 21st because garage door would not go up more than 1 foot above the ground. Dispatcher had stated that it sounded like a spring had broke since we had not been having any problems with our Wayne Dalton garage door. The first available appointment was Monday morning. Technician called at approximately 10:20 a.m. on Monday to state that he was about 40 minutes away and might be there a little after 11 a.m. (Note - scheduled appointment was between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.). Technician arrived and I explained the symptoms. He quickly found the broken spring and quoted me the same price that the dispatcher had to replace the broken spring. The installation was completed quickly. The installer lubed the rollers, hinges and bearings and cycled the door and opener to ensure that it was running smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from the operator who answered the phone and directed the call to the services area, the dispatcher and the installer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service on their garage door or opener.
NOTE: I had also used Wayne Dalton in 2008 when the garage door came off the roller and damaged the weatherstripping. At that time, they also had extremely superior service as the installer easily got the garage door back on the track, replaced the damaged weatherstripping and adjusted the door and opener.

Brad from wayne dalton met with me at my house to discuss the project and arrived on time with door samples. Brad was very helpful in discussing door styles, function and pricing. He returned all my emails within one day, gave me a reasonable price and placed the order timely. I received a call back from wayne dalton within one week after the order was placed to schedule the door installation. the installers arrived at my residence on time, were professional and very pleasant. They were friendly and responsive, punctual and clean, as well as being professional and not pushing any extra services on us during their visit. I received a call back within a day and they came out within a few days. They stuck to their estimate. I hope our garage door doesn't break for a long while, but will call W-D again if it does!

Estimate was spot on. Materials were in stock which was a plus since we wanted to replace broken door as soon as possible. Company representative came out for estimate and also did a temporary fix on the door so we could use it until installation could be completed. Installation date was quick. Installer arrived on time, completed job satisfactorily, cleaned up workspace, etc.
