Great! The crew showed up on time. We went through the whole system and isolated changes that needed to be made. Additonally, the Crew Chief came back at a later date to make sure the drip system, as well as the rest of the changes were fully functional and performing to our satisfaction.

Billy went out of his way to come to our house so we did not have to postponed the start up to the next weekend, when we would be out of town. He worked fast, was funny and polite and didn't make me feel stupid because I don't know how to work my own sprinkler system (I still don't).

I called Billy and explained the problem over the phone. He talked me through some troubleshooting and tried to help me fix it myself. We figured out quickly what the problem was and he put me on the schedule to come out and fix it. He was extremely nice and very easy to work with. I wasn't able to be home, so I gave him a temp garage code and he let himself in. Not only did he fix the sprinklers, but he also took the time to reconnect the rain sensor and program the system for no extra cost. Excellent Customer Service!!
