be raised in place. Mr. Bullis had to arrange for people to help him set the tub on blocks. This added many complications. I feel we were very patient with him but more than 9 months later it is still up on blocks and we have turned to another company to finish the repairs. The other company has not yet finished, but what Mr. Bullis could not or would not do in 9 months they seem likely to finish in one month. The other company has also had to redo a repair that Mr. Bullis did which turned out to be inadequate.
This is a small company and went from sometimes not returning calls to never returning them. They also generally do not call to explain why they could not come out to do the work as scheduled or to schedule a new date. I would have been much more understanding for one of the long delays if a message had been put on their answering machine that Tim was in the hospital. Instead we just didn?t get a call back.
We gave Mr. Bullis months to return and finish work, but he did not. We were hesitant to call someone else because we wanted to believe Mr.Bullis would keep his word. In all we are disappointed in the change in the company from our initial contacts with
them to the current situation. We will not use them again.
It is clear that Tim is passionate about spas. His work was quick and professional. He discussed with us how to best care for the old tub, cover, jets, etc. and showed us how to tell if parts were starting to wear down. I will definitely call him first for any future work required on my spa.
We required filters and chemicals which Mr. Bullis obtained and provided to us on a subsequent visit. We were very impressed with the professionalism shown both in person and via telephone. Its obvious they care about providing good service. As a result we have since had multiple enjoyable soaks in our "new" hot tub!
He came by the next day and fixed it! He came back the next week and went over maintence with us.
So VERY VERY helpful.....I would gladly recommend Waterboys to anyone.

We do appreciate and value all of our customers and try our hardest to provide great service. Thanks for your input."
Tim also offered advise on maintaining the unit. I will use him again if needed.
