A real pleasure to deal with. Greg called back the same day we contacted him, and arrived for the appointment ahead of time. He is very knowledgeable and competent in all aspects of plumbing, and really has the customer's interest at heart.
He carefully explained the necessary work, answered all our questions, and got the job done at a very reasonable price.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Spent more than 15 hours on entire job due to waiting on counter installation. Didn't charge for additional time only time for work done. Would definitely use again.

Greg arrived on time and was very courteous. After diagnosing the problem, he realized that he did not have the replacement part with him for this old tub assembly. After returning from the closest plumbing supply, he stated that they did not have one either, He promised to return the next day with the correct one. Which he did, on time. The repair took less than an hour. He did not charge for the second service call.
