A real pleasure to deal with.  Greg called back the same day we contacted him, and arrived for the appointment ahead of time.  He is very knowledgeable and competent in all aspects of plumbing, and really has the customer's interest at heart.

He carefully explained the necessary work, answered all our questions, and got the job done at a very reasonable price.

Greg is absolutely the plumber we call from here on in.

Greg arrived on time and was very courteous. After diagnosing the problem, he realized that he did not have the replacement part with him for this old tub assembly. After returning from the closest plumbing supply, he stated that they did not have one either, He promised to return the next day with the correct one. Which he did, on time. The repair took less than an hour. He did not charge for the second service call.

The crew was very polite and professional. They did a very good job and cleaned up well after wards.

An outdoor hose spigot got accidentally left off the estimate and was not installed even though I specified that it be replaced. I offered to pay for the part, but not for labor since the work quick and should have been done. When the technician arrived to replace the spigot, he agreed it should have been done even if not on the work order and did it for free,

Greg Palmer has to be the best plumbing contractor around. Was recommended by my GC who I also reviewed on Angie's List. Came over and repaired a broken water line in my fridge, installed a new sink and moved the disposal, as well as ran a new gas line for the new stove. Shows up at the drop of a hat and is always available when I have a question.

He did a beautiful job. We had a leaky faucet. He came over within 24 hours notice. He did a beautiful job and there is no leak.

We have used their services in the past too. The plumber is fabulous and exceptional. He is very meticulous with his work. He is very punctual. If he says he is going to be there, then he will be there. In fact, we had somebody else help us with the same problem, but they couldn’t do it. We like him and we wouldn’t use anybody else.

It was a good experience. Greg was prompt, knowledgeable & efficient. He made sure we understand the new tank by giving us a detailed explanation. I also ask him about an exterior water faucet while he was there. He was able to replace this during the same visit. I would call Greg again for future plumbing needs.

Fantastic. Very professional and timely. He comes when promised or if he'll be late, he'll call you. He will come earlier if he's able to. He came on a weekend when he really didn't have to. I liked that. He is very responsive on any plumbing issues we've had.

GREG IS AN INTELLIGENT, ACCOMPLISHED PLUMBER. WE'VE HAD PLUMBERS AT OUR HOME PREVIOUSLY THAT NEVER MADE SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OUR WATER HEATER, WATER PRESSURE, OR TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK VARIOUS PROBLEMS WE HAD IN OUR HOUSE WITH A COMPLETE SOLUTION. GREG IS VERY HARD WORKING, POLITE, AND KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. HE WORKS 365 DAYS A YEAR AND GIVES YOU A HARD DAY'S WORK FOR HIS COMPENSATION. I WILL USE GREG IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO OUR PLUMBING IN THE FUTURE. OTHER PLUMBERS HAVE JUST ''PATCHED'' UP OUR PLUMBING. GREG FIXED IT! THE PRICE PAID TO GREG WAS COMBINED IN A REMODELING JOB.
