Pete took care of our kitchen back slash install. He was great to work with and a very pleasant person overall. His pricing was very reasonable!

Pete and his workers installed about 900 sq. foot of pergo laminate flooring and oak stair treads for me. Pete was very professional with the estimate explained what would be best and what would look the best. He brought over samples of the stair tread and stain and was able to match the laminate, it was very close. Pete and his crew work quickly while doing a very good job. They were about to complete the job in one week. My wife and I trusted them at our house while we went to work. They showed up every morning and worked until about 430 or 5 and they cleaned up everything at the end of the day. He was very responsive to emails and calls, I had my invoice that showed everything was paid in full the day after the job was completed. We are very pleased with how everything turned out and would hire Pete again for any other jobs we would need done.

This project started mid Spring 2105. The project entailed gutting an old bathroom and installing all new fixtures. The project started without many issues, except the old tile was difficult to remove. It ran approximately 3 or 4 weeks later than estimated, but we could live with it. The probelms occurred upon finishing and afterwards. At completion, I noticed the tile floor was uneven. The was easy to see with a level. His people did not even check. When I brought it up, then response was a shrug. Another issue was the cabinet door as it would hit the toilet when opening. Pete took the door to have it resized or made new and has not returned it as of today. Numerous calls went answered for months and finally he indicated that he cannot find it, but would make things right. (this was three weeks ago and nothing) Mentioned earlier that the tile was difficult to remove, two or three months ago we found that the plaster wall in the hallway is cracked underneath the wallpaper. It is not easy to see, but I could feel it. This was caused by sloppy tile removal. We had the same issue on a wall in a bedroom and Pete did repair it. The hallway wall has turned into our problem as Pete will not return calls or texts. Finally, a towel bar is pulling out of the wall, caulking is cracking and we can find grout that was never cleaned up. If our issues were just the final few, then I would not complain, but it wasn't. Taking our cabinet door and never returning is theft. Some of the workers we good and some did not care to be there. I am certain the frustration of removing the tile increased the sloppiness and cracked our wall. Pete is a nice guy, but he wanted nothing to do with our project after he was paid. He work ended up being mediocre and we have to live with an uneven tile floor. I would not recommend Pete for work and certainly would hold payment until every last thing is done

Pete was very responsive. He has very talented and nice young men working for him. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home for this project while I went to work. No hidden costs from his original estimate. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again myself.

Very happy with the job Pete and his crew did installing bamboo flooring in 3 rooms of our home. Nice group of guys to have in our home showing consideration and respect for us and our belongings. Took great care with our big furniture pieces including grand piano. We chose Pete because he gave a competitive estimate and was most knowledgable regarding warranty requirements for our install.

I hired Pete Wallace to install my hardwood flooring, remove and dispose of all existing carpet and hardwood flooring, because he gave me the best estimate among three estimates I received. In fact, he outbid Home Depot by $3,000!! The entire process was actually enjoyable because of the personalities of the men who worked on this project. I have worked my entire career for the military and Dept. of Defense (U.S. Navy and Marine Corps) and the work ethic of the workers who completed this project is one of the best I have ever seen. Outstanding in helping me find the quality, type, and coloring of wood to install, timeliness of all work, quality of the work from delivering the wood to my home until completion of all work. Pete and his crew were very easy to work with. They took on the project as if it was for their own home and they show great pride in what they do. They also went above and beyond to ensure they exceed my expectation. I initially hired Pete for the flooring project. I end up hired them back in a week to renovate my master bathroom. The quality of their work on my bathroom was excellent. I have received so much compliment for my new bathroom. I would defiantly recommend Pete to anyone.

Pete's crew did a wonderful job in our home. My only complaint is that I attempted to contact Pete on NUMEROUS occasions after the work was completed to receive a detailed invoice. I spoke to him once and he promised to take care of it, but he never did. Because I never could obtain this information from him, we ended up losing money. I have a really hard time believing that a profitable business can't take the time to sit down and provide a customer that already paid them IN FULL, an invoice/receipt. Really, really disappointed.

Pete was great to work with, was very competitively priced, and added some nice touches to our kitchen floor project. I particularly appreciated the fact that he not only sold us the job, he was also here supervising and working on it most of the time. His crew was polite and hard working as well. Pete and his crew were professional, competent and courteous. Ultimatley, they did more than just install a bathroom tile floor. Installed cabinets, lighting, mirrors, even two outside entry doors. I would definitely hire Pete again, in fact, I've asked him to give me a quote on another project!

Top notch work. I hired Pete and his crew to put down some tile in an upstairs hall bathroom. Pete personally come to the house and provided and on-site estimate. While the install took a bit longer then expected - the results were terrific. Tile cuts and lines are sharp, grout work is all even and smooth. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definately hire them again.
