Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Unacceptable install, arrived super late and had just one worker do two doors. How is he supposed to do two doors properly with 2 hours of daylight?Worked into pitch dark night two months ago. Missed appointment to fix and now owes me money for a lock I was promised and my large front door deposit of over 16k. He missed the deadline on the deposit return and felt a formal complaints needed to go in. We have one at the BBB and AG?s office. Another professional installer said that our doors are complete redos. Will cost more than a regular install. Improper trim used in the interior and note the shim. I?m disgusted as a customer that I have not been given my refund as promised and a no show and repeated ghosting on texts and phone calls. Do not do business with them. Many complaints and also under different company names. Has been sued by the Ohio AG before. I wish I had checked.

I had a three panel sliding glass door replaced. Vienna provided great service at a very good price. There had been supply chain issues due to the pandemic that delayed the door being shipped. This was not the fault of Vienna. Wade kept in good communication as to the status of the delivery. The installation went smoothly aside from some weather issues. There is a heavy entertainment center close to one of the panels that was replaced. The guys were able to move it out of the way and back into place after the install. The door is great – a big improvement over the one that was replaced.
