I've never had a problem. They've always been really helpful to me. I've had my phone for over a year and I've not a problem with it. What I like about it is it's national. If you have a problem and you're out of state, you can go to any store and they'll help you. I was in Texas and I had an issue and I went to the Verizon store there and they helped me out. I like the accessibility to the stores. You can call and get any help online and the online backup support you have. They're not perfect but they're good. The price is okay.

We have been with them a long time and we never had any problem.

We have 3 phones on the contract. They are okay. The only problem I have had is that when I am in the house, the cell phone drops signal. That's the only place I have had a signal problem. I will continue to use them, in the future.

We took the phone into the store and the problem was acknowledged. Our new phone arrived quickly by Fed Ex. The staff then reprogrammed the phone with all the original numbers and photos. It was all very seamless. There was no cost except for the 2 trips to the store.

Dealing with Verizon is like dealing with the IRS - you get the same answers no matter what the questions. There are SIGNIFICANT holes in the service in UPPER ARLINGTON (in areas that they say there is service). They are totally unresponsive and essentially say too bad. My neighborhood is like the Bermuda Triangle - west of Riverside Hospital and East of the OSU golf course. Of course, you can get great coverage in the middle of the golf course but on Tremont or Kenny Roads - forget about it. Drive s/b on 315 and cross Lane Avenue - "No service." No such problems with the other carriers.

They worked with us to get us the best price on a replacement phone midway through our contract. We also added a line.

I have been very pleased with the quality and service of Verizon. The calls are made and received reliably with few dropped calls. The voice quality over the network on my LG cell phone is excellent.

Knowledgeable sales people, they forgot to give me my $60 instant rebate for purchasing new phones. Showed up on my charge card. Be careful.
