I called Donald and he sent me several photos of different mailboxes to choose from. I decided on which box I wanted and he then sent me an invoice in the mail. I called to schedule an appointment for him to come out and he gave me about a weeks notice before he could come. Since this was during the holiday season, it actually took him about a month to come out, which was okay with me. Now that the mailbox is in, I am very pleased with it.
