We are very happy with our new door, opener, and the professional service from United Garage Door. The carriage style door improves the look of our home, and the belt driven opener is much quieter than our old chain driven opener. United Garage Door was easy to work with. It took a couple weeks for the door to arrive after we placed our order. On the day the door was delivered, they completed the full replacement of the door, opener, and tracks in a couple of hours.

The owner and employees were very nice. I was able to find the garage door I wanted. It took about 10 days to order.
Installation went well. The owner came out 2 weeks later to make some adjustments and even caulked around the trim.

It took 3 times for United Garage Doors to fix my garage door opener. Same issue 2 times (within 1 months time). The second time they came out - the very young man was unable to fix it with out another person to help. When I called the second time for the repair the man said I would not be charged due to such a quick turn around with the same issue. But, when the same very young repair man came out he insisted that I pay him another $89.00. So, I paid him with a check then called the company. Brian stated that my check would be returned to me by the next week. UGD cashed my check. I had to call them once again to get my money. The lady was very nice and returned my money within days.
The young repair man also tried to tell me that the first time he came out it was not my belt. I pulled out my repair slip. Nothing like arguing with he customer.

Called in the morning after learned garage door spring broke. Door would not go up. Scheduled work for late afternoon. Work was completed on time and as expected. The provider was very professional and prompt.

Our ancient wooden garage door finally failed - came off the track during torrential rains in June --not a pretty day! United Door came within a day of arrangement and determined that it could not be repaired (wood had split at the top, wood rot on bottom where cables attached). A new steel door was ordered and installed two weeks later - we had an issue with opening the door after installation and Brian came promptly the next day to make adjustments to get us to fine working order. Communications with the company were superb and responsive - thanks United Garage Door and particular thanks to Brian. Really good company.
