I have varied experiences with U-Haul. I always had very good experiences with the office I deal with here. Whenever there has been an issue, they have been right on top of it. Whenever I reserved a van, they always had one available and if they weren't able to come through for some reason, they have always been able to take care of it appropriately. They are really professional for a U-Haul place. They are really topnotch. They are inexpensive than anywhere else. The vans never break down.

This is the closest store to my old place and my new house. They are good at having the bigger trucks that need. I have dealt with them a couple of times. They were nice to me and I never have any problems picking up or dropping off. I have heard of other stores over booking. I had to rent a truck for a week and they were able to accommodate me with that.
