The staff was very professional and helpful while working with me. I brought in items that I needed name plaques created for the utilize as trophies and they created exactly what I needed. I strongly recommend them.

Staff helped me select a beautiful plaque honoring a colleague who was
retiring. The selection in the shop was large, and there were many nice
mementos. Staff helped me with the wording and type font on the
plaque. It was finished and ready to pick up in a couple of days, even
before it was promised. My colleagues were extremely complimentary, and
the plaque added a very professional touch to the luncheon we had for
the retiree.

I ordered a trophy for a special award at a club that I belong to. The staff at Trophies Plus was great to work with. She worked with me to select an award that would fit the occasion and then worked with the artwork that I provided to layout the final product. I was very excited to have such a high quality award to present to our recipient.

Before arriving at Trophies Plus, I learned that the high-end jewelry stores in Columbus send jewelry, etc. to Trophies Plus to be engraved. After Sue's good advice regarding my sentimental piece, I browsed around the store to admire and enjoy the amazing variety of beautiful and unique items to keep in mind and to tell my friends. They have the normal trophies, corporate plaques, and trays, etc. -- as well as glass and crystal bowls, vases, paper weights, stars, etc. And, acrylic and glass items like modernistic waves in motion, hand blown art glass, color-relfecting mirror bases, statues like eagles in flight, symbols for different professions, beautiful military medallions, and the traditional clocks and pen sets on wooden bases, etc. All of the above can be engraved or etched. They also have brass/silver metal plates to engrave and adhere to special items.

If I need any special mementos and/or engraving or etching in the future, I will definitely go to Trophies Plus. I know that the Manager, Sue, will help me make the best decisions -- especially with engraving or etching styles/fonts. I also know I can count on her expertise, professionalism, wisdom, and diplomacy -- as well as her patient kindness and caring for special occasion items. Sue not only enhances the lives of her individual customers -- she also enhances the quality and success of our community's welfare, interests, and businesses.

It went great. I had waited to long to order the plaque. I needed it the next day and the business was running about 3 days to complete this type of work. I explained that I had a flight the next day and really needed this plague so I could take it with me. The lady was very nice and said she would make it happen and she did. I stopped by the next morning (Saturday) on my way to the airport and the plaque was ready and looked great.
