Replaced and looks great!

Trio Insulated Glass was highly recommended and seemed like the most professional and reliable of any insulated glass installer that I interviewed. While they weren't the cheapest nor would they offer more than a 5 year warranty, I hired them to replace (5) insulated glass panes. They showed up on time and completed the work. The only problem was that they replaced the glass in 1 window that we hadn't discussed. I had to pay them to come back and replace an additional pane of glass.

Went very smoothly. They showed up on time, gave an estimated time to replace and were accurate. Replacement was easy and clean.

Well. Had a problem but they came back out and IMMEDIATELY FIXED IT.

Very well. Paul was fast, thorough and professional. We'd certainly use Trio again.

They came out quickly, quoted the job on the spot and went above to meet our tight scheduling and time limit.  They showed up when they said they would, completed the job quicker than they said and everything was cleaned up and returned as it was.  We would recommend them and will use them again.

It went very well.   They came out quickly and gave us a very competitive bid.  We hired them and in five weeks they came out and replaced the glass.   The worker was professional and very neat.  We are extremely happy with the results..   We would hire again.

The seal had broken and caused moisture to build up between the panes. Called TRIO and they immediately came, inspected the window and determined just the glass rather than the whole window could be replaced, and provided a very fair price for the project. A few weeks later, technician arrived promptly on schedule and completed the work to perfection. This is a very competent and experienced company whose services I will engage should we need an expert solution to a window-related problem.

This was an emergency glass repair for two windows in my home. The company sent a representative we were given an estimate that was competitive. We were scheduled within a week and fixed within a week. Payment was due after the work was done. The windows look amazing. This was an easy process and worth the money.

Trio Glass knew exactly what I was looking for as soon as I described the window to them (double pane in a door).  They were able to extrapolate the standard size of the window from my rough measurements and provided a custom made new window in a matter of days.
I decided to install it myself based upon their indications that it would be rather easy for someone who considers themselves handy.  All in all, it was relativeliy easy and their advice was critical, however I did have some complications which Trio-glass solved with a simple telephone call.  Essentially, the frame for the window was just a few millimeters too small, but I did not know to use a dremel tool to help coax the frame to fit like a glove.
The price for the window was reasonable and the quality was very good, however I didn't want to pay the $150 to install the window.  I'd say that it would be a fair price, but I wanted to do it myself.
They are a small, family owned company who really know their stuff.  You can tell just by talking to them on the phone.

Great company. I called them the week before, and they sent someone out within a few hours to give me an estimate, and then we scheduled for the next Monday to have installation. I called around to 3-4 places and they were the lowest price in town by $200 - I highly recommend them.
When they came, they were respectful of my home and quick with the replacement.
I gave them an A all around for good price, good installation, and being professional all around. This is a "no hassle" installer in my book.
The one thing I would maybe confirm for anyone considering them is if they're going to bring a shop vac to clean out the sliding door's metal track. I thought they might have mentioned this over the phone (it could have been one of the 3 other companies I spoke to) and so I saw the cleaning/sweeping of the metal track to be a plus, because of how hard it is to clean with the doors sitting on top. If they do this, I didn't get it, and it's no big deal, but it is something I would have liked. Still, they get A's all around and I will be recommending them to others.

On time. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly and effectively. Windows look great.

They did awesome.  They were on time, their prices were good and their work was neat.  We were very impressed.  They came out a couple months ago, I think it was February.  They charged $169 or $179 I couldn't tell you for sure.  The were very neat, they didn't leave any mess.  They were pretty quick too. The price we thought was very reasonable.  Their quality is good.

Quick, easy, and reasonable in price.  Trio made 8 panels for a front door including two that had radius cuts.  Great quality and fast service.

They came for an initial measurement of the house window, then they had to order the glass replacement. It took a few weeks, but I guess it has to be custom, it's not Lens Crafters. They came RIGHT on time and not a minute late. I was impressed with their punctuality. They fixed the glass and did not leave a mess. They provied some recommentaions for the drying process of the glass replacement. ( along with how my roofing looked worn) But overall it was a great experience and I would call them again.

On time and professional. Told me not to replace the glass in a window that needed to be replaced in its entirety (not their business). So that saved me time and money.

Trio Glass responded promptly to my enquiry and soon after I submitted it they visited my home for the purpose of making their quotation.
Trio's expert arrived on time, he efficiently inspected the windows and submitted a written estimate which was very competitive and only slightly higher than the leading competitor's proposal. From the report my wife made to me, Trio's expert seemed to be very knowledgeable of the problem we had, and Trio would have been an excellent choice for this job.
However, I chose another company mainly due to that competitor's deep technical knowledge of my particular windows and problem.
For future needs, I will definitely consider Trio again.

Great job, even had a mini shop vac to clean up both inside and outside the door. I recommend them.

This the 2nd time we used them.  They were prompt and clean.  They had previously proved themselves in the past.
