Sherman was my inspector and he was extremely courteous, helpful, punctual, and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to each of my calls, voice mails, text messages, and emails. He did a thorough inspection of the condo and explained to me what he was doing with each step of the way. He even did a visual inspection of all of the common areas outside of the unit (trash area, HVAC chiller, storage area, etc.). I had a number of questions on the issues he raised, which he answered and explained very well and with a smile. He made me feel very comfortable with asking as many questions as I wanted. In fact, I even called him to get further information once I read his inspection report, and he was instrumental in helping me decide on how to move forward with my Request To Remedy. The inspection report included colored pictures with arrows pointing-out parts/items to focus on. The report also included detailed explanations of Sherman's recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend Sherman for home inspections and I thank him for his fantastic work.

We recently put an offer on an older home. Sherman did the home inspection prior to finalizing the purchase. He was very thorough and very professional, as well as delightful. He explained everything he found, and left us confident that there would be no surprises when we take possession. We would absolutely hire him again.

It went extremely well. Sherman was our inspector and had arrived ~20 minutes early to do a walk around the home and climb on the roof to inspect. This was very considerate of him as he didn't want to make my wife and I stand around outside in the heat. The rest of the inspection, Sherman was very informative and professional. He documented everything very well and was clear in his descriptions. I am very pleased with the service he provided for my wife and I.

The review with Top Line went great. Sherman took the time to explain what he found, good and bad, with the construction while we were on site. In addition, he generated his final report within 12 hours of being onsite. It was very thorough and included pictures of the issues he found so it would be easier to discuss with the builder.
