Great experience! Cody was very personable, efficient and thorough. He was able to get us on the schedule within two days of contacting the business, arrived early on the day of service, and performed the necessary repairs in just a little over an hour. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, politely complied with wearing a mask while inside our house, and ensured everything was fully operational before leaving. The charge was very reasonable, and we would definitely work with them again in the future.

Mike (owner) and Cody were, as always, excellent and a pleasure to work with. I love the small-company approach where it is very apparent that they care about the customer. The other aspect I love about them is that they are easy to get a hold of, and extremely responsive. Our original furnace was giving us headaches and becoming unreliable. Mike and Cody were excellent and I knew that we had troubleshot as much as practical among many visits; I share this because I could tell that Toops Heating and Cooling was not just trying to sell me a new furnace and actually trying to help me avoid that kind of investment. But, my wife and I ultimately decided that we wanted to just get a new furnace given the home is 16 years old is we just wanted peace of mind. They were able to get us a great price (compared with some neighbors who recently also had to replace their respective units) on a top of the line Lennox System with 98% efficiency. Bottom line: I would not hesitate recommending Toops Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of service, big or small.

Overall things could not have went better. Mike is honest and very good at his job. I highly recommend Toops.

It went very well. Mike the owner did the work with his assistant, and it was done quickly and professionally. When there was a variance from what we had discussed, he came back the very next morning and instantly made it right. The zone system is working flawlessly and I couldn't be more happy.

They responded to the work order request promptly and made the needed repairs.  Attention to detail of the work was noticed in the invoice as some needed tests and repairs were also made while on site.

Fantastic! They were recommended by our home warranty company...came out the same day we called for service, contacted the warranty company to get the new water heater approved, and came back to install the new one all within a few hours! Very nice and professional, we even signed up for their annual heating and cooling service. Highly recommend Mike and his crew!!

The owner and his son showed up on time and did exactly what was needed. They were the most down-to-earth people I have had the privilege to meet. Personable and fair. He  explained what he did and put a sticker on the furnace to indicate it was serviced and the date. He told me I had another month on my furnace filter which was nice to know.
I don't know if the $65 fee is typical for his business. It was a special I got from Linkhorn for having them do an inspection of my home. It was money well spent and glad I contacted them. You can tell when you meet someone with integrity. That is what I felt working with Toops. I would definitely contact them again.
