+ -1 moreHorrible customer service. Kim was extremely rude on the phone. They came and finished the first service even after telling the technician not to come. And charged much higher price. Kim flatly refused to give managers name. Guys do not sign up with this company.

+ -1 moreCancelled my service today. Contacting too hard. Not happy with service. No notice when coming, I have a pet. Today I had dog toys in the yard , he sprayed either around them or on them. Either way, unacceptable. People in Wirchester, Ma gave no concern nor apology. Good riddens.
