Insurance Agencies
When it is renewal time or my circumstances change (changing vehicles, adding/removing a driver, changing jobs), they find me the best available rate for home and auto insurance, switching me to new insurance companies or new divisions or line within a company as needed to get me the best rates.
When my circumstances have changed they got me a new rate quote quickly and handled all the necessary paperwork to make the change. Before many of the insurance companies provided direct billing and the ability to make direct payments, I paid them and they handled everything with the insurance companies in a timely manner.
When I have had to file a claim, they stayed on top of everything to ensure that adjusters were scheduled and I was paid as quickly as possible, ironing out any issues for me.
They've always been quick to answer questions and provide additional information when I've needed it.
Tim, Brian, and Katie have been doing a great job for my wife and I since we married in 1989, and for my wife' family for long before that.
