Gas Log Service
INSTALLED GAS LOGS IN A DOUBLE FIREPLACE, ONE SIDE IS FINE, BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE LOGS ARE SO CLOSE TO THE FRONT OF THE FIREBOX THAT THE MANTLE GETS TOO HOT TO TOUCH. I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BUT THEY CONSISTENTLY FAILED TO CALL BACK, OR COMMUNICATE IN ANY FASHION.
