I thought the price was reasonable. I was impressed that they could measure and cut the glass easily. They were able to repair the glass in one day which was very good turn around. I trusted him and he did a good job.

Great, I called and they came a few days later when they said they would be there. Arrived early. Quickly did the job and they also oiled the door so it opens easier now.

Contacted company through their web site and it took almost two weeks before I heard back from them to schedule a quote. The salesman Jeff was very apologetic and set it up to come right over. The quote from the company was in range of the other 2 companies but it was the highest. I chose Thomas Door because I like Jeff's knowledge and suggestions. We ordered the doors and had them installed in July. I was told they would be installed in one day and we could inspect them that day. I drove down from the far east side to German Village to check the doors and they were not finished and did not work properly. I refused to leave the check for the next day and I could not get back until the weekend to look at them. The installer made the wrong door the dominate door and the door openers were not installed.That weekend we went ahead and paid the balance thinking we could work out the issues. I called the salesman about my concerns and my call was not returned. We were ready to proceed with the second set of doors so I called the salesman again and asked about the first set of doors and let them know I wanted proceed with the second set. No return call. Called the office and was told to leave a message for Jeff on his cell phone. That was a week ago and no call. I was happy with the quality of the doors but the problems with the installation and the customer service means I will be going to another company for my second set of doors.

He went above and beyond the call of duty for things that would be helpful for me and I would like to go back to them if I needed anything in the future.

They were great. They don't squeak or make any awful noises anymore. They checked a lot of different aspects of the garage doors to make sure everything was working properly. They were very responsive and on time.

Our garage door opener went kaput. They came out the next day checked it out and installed a new one. I had a flight to catch that morning. They came when they said they were going to and finished quickly. Its so quiet, I sometimes wonder if its working right! Thanks Thomas Door!

I backed into the garage door while it was going up. The door track was bent and the door rollers were not in the track. I was leaving to babysit my grandsons so my daughter-in-law could attend her class. I couldn't close the garage door. It was about 20 minutes before Thomas Door Controls closed, so I drove directly there (about .25 miles) to see if they could help. The gentleman said he would send his repair crew to the house when they finished their last job. He assured me I could on, and his crew would fix the problem and close the door. Sure enough, when I returned two hours later, the door was closed and fixed!

My garage door was squeeking and sticking at times. When I called they would have come out the same day, but I needed another date which was fine and they had 1st call available. The tech arrived on time (the office called ahead) and lubed everything and adjusted the springs. The door is operating quietly and smoothly now.

I called at 8 am and he arrived by 9 am and had the door fixed in 30 minutes. Great experience.

The repair person arrived at the time scheduled. He was responsive to my questions and completed the repair in a minimal amount of time.

Nothing proves that this young man did this, but it seems suspicious. It was a lot of tools and items that were stolen; to have everything replaced new would have been $8,000. Because of this situation, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

called Tuesday and was scheduled for between 1:00 and 5:00pm Wednesday. By 4:00 there had been no phone call prior to visit. called office and was told that they could not find the phone number so could not call. my husband had taken the afternoon off from work. the job was rescheduled for Thursday between 1:00 and 5:00 pm and they were to call when they were done with previous job. they did call and did show at approximately 3:30 pm. solution quickly identified and fixed.

The gentleman was thorough, listening to what I had already tried. After checking those possibilities and a few more, he suggested it was the logic board thinking it was time to stop too soon. He noticed we have two identical model openers and suggested we swap the boards to test the theory. We mainly use the second door for getting out the mower and we do not worry if it acts up occasionally. So, he swapped them and lubricated the potential problem areas on the main door, showing me what to do for maintenance each year. So far all is well. If nothing else, this bought us time until warmer weather. If the minor maintenance he performed did the trick, all the better.

Garage door opener died with much noise and smoke and I assumed I would have to replace it. Also the door seemed too heavy and I assumed a spring had broken. Thomas came the day after I called. The serviceman, Sean, was very skilled and knowledgeable. He assured me the motor could be repaired. He installed a frayed cable on the door, adjusted the springs, and repaired the motor, all in about an hour. I was relieved to not have to replace the motor, track, etc.

Garage door opener would not respond - nothing we checked made a difference. I called Thomas Door in the morning and they were out by early afternoon. Efficient, tidy, responsive and, they didn't try to sell us anything even though the opener is fairly old. I really like that!

Our garage door was opening only a few inches then stopping. I called them in the morning and asked them to come out and take a look. They said they were busy but would get someone to at least do an estimate. The technician came that afternoon and found one broken spring which he could replace at $130. He recommended changing out the other as well since it might break and the additional cost was only $65. He was able to do the work right there so we went ahead with both springs. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and was done quickly. He also made sure to note that we had an Angie's List discount which made the final price only $180. Great Job!

Workers were at my house about 45 minutes for 20 minutes worth of work. I paid for the minimum charge - one hour. I was pleased that they also made an adjustment so that I could lock the garage door manually from inside when the power was off and the door was being used manually.

They were great; we were very satisfied. The price was very reasonable; they did a very good job and I would use them again without a doubt. They were very efficient and they were very prompt, they were out here within 24 hours.

They had to order the seal and wait for it to come in. They kept me up to date on the fees, when the part would come and when they would be able to do the work. They really communicated with me about what was going on and, the work was good.

It was great. They were on time and fully prepared to complete the work. Very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend them!

They did a good job putting it in. The mechanic knew what he was doing. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why. We didn't have any problems. It is working fine. We did think their price was a bit high.
