Marc listed our house and used state of the art marketing to sell it in 5 days. The Van Steyn Partners use professional staging, aerial photography, professional photography for the interior and exterior that are used in a full color brochure (not just a cut sheet), and a 360 degree web view of your home. In addition to this they use an app that allows you to track appointments and receive input on your showings from other realtors. I give Marc and the Van Steyn Partners my highest possible rating!

Far exceeded expectations. We needed to fix up and sell a rental condo in Dublin after 8 years of renting it. We live out of state, so we needed more than "just a realtor". Marc had all the right contacts to rehab the property and make it ready for sale. That is, he arranged for contractors to paint the entire interior, replace all the carpet, replace the 8 foot patio door, update lighting and locks, and receive new appliances. When he marketed the property, we had a steady flow of potential buyers and wound up with multiple offers. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable through the contract phase. Closing was a breeze - no issues. He made a logistically difficult situation as easy as could be. We couldn't have asked for more or better!

Marc was AMAZING! Not only did he bring a buyer to us within 24 hours of listing, but they also offered full asking price. He worked tirelessly and truly went above and beyond to make sure we closed on time. As we looked for our new home, Marc was very impressive. It took us a long time, but that was on us. He showed us houses, and always answered within an hour when I would want to go see a house. If he could not make it, he would send someone else out to show us. He was very upfront about what might be wrong with any given house and what it might cost to fix that, and weighing in on the good and the bad. He was very patient with us, and our constantly evolving idea of what we wanted in a house, and he managed to get us the house of our dreams!

Marc was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying my home. He was always available to show potential houses, within 24 hours or less regardless of whether or not it was the weekend.  Marc pointed out issues in these houses that I would have missed had I been looking by myself.  He was extremely knowledgeable about every style and location of house I viewed and informed me about the pros and cons of each house.  He helped me close on the perfect house and had great attention to detail throughout the whole process. My family and I recently moved to the Columbus area for my new job. 
Since we were new to Columbus and Ohio we had no idea where to live.  We
were referred by an acquaintance to Charlotte and Marc Van Steyn with
RE/MAX Premier Choice Realty.  Charlotte and Marc were the epitome of
professionals.  They gathered the necessary information about our
situation, what we were looking for not just in a house but a
neighborhood, and particular details specific to our family.  They
provided online real-time updates on properties that met our criteria so
that we could narrow down our search.  Given significant time
constraints in finding a home, we elected to make a 2 day trip to
Columbus to find a home.  In 2 days we saw 25 homes, some of them twice,
with Marc guiding us through each home carefully, adding his insight
into potential problems/repairs that might be encountered with each.  We
narrowed our search and then returned to Columbus shortly thereafter. 
This time Charlotte took us through the final list of homes.  Marc and
Charlotte were both very honest and open about the pros and cons of each
property and they clearly steered us to the property that fit us best. 
Our best interests were clearly their main concern.  We selected a
house and Marc facilitated negotiations with the sellers.  Negotiations
took less than 12 hours and In 4 days total we were able to see all of
those houses and sign a contract on the perfect one.  Marc and Charlotte
continued to assist us throughout the closing process and whenever we
were in town for house-related things (i.e. home inspection, etc) they
made it a point to stop by and make sure things were going smoothly. 
Even
more impressive than their service with helping us find and secure a
home was the extra mile that both Marc and Charlotte went.  For example,
we arranged for the home to be cleaned the week prior to our move-in. 
Marc offered to take time out of his busy schedule to open the house for
the cleaners and to make sure it was locked and secured when they
left.  Marc and Charlotte were in constant contact with anyone
associated with our transaction and made sure it went flawless.  They
also provided us with recommendations for local businesses that, to
date, have been excellent (e.g. home inspector, pest/radon inspector,
etc).  I can say that we are wholeheartedly impressed with the service
Marc and Charlotte with RE/MAX Premier Choice provided us in our home
buying experience.  I would highly recommend them and will use them
again if we ever need to relocate in the Columbus, OH area.

Marc was fantastic and helped us purchase our first home. Both Marc and Charlotte were extremely professional right from our initial meeting in our home. They were very detailed in their explanations and analysis of pricing of the home. Once we contracted their service, they and had a professional stager walk through our home with suggestions and had an excellent professional photographer and videographer take pictures, etc. They design a professional floor map of the house which encompassed images and video of the property for the web. We received a very good offer very early on and feel that their marketing and staging attributed to a quicker sale. Unfortunately, the buyers were quite difficult and both Marc and Charlotte had to exercise excellent negotiation skills to keep the purchase moving forward and they did just that. We successfully closed on the home last month and we are confident that without the Van Steyn group representing our best interests, we may still have the house on the market. They did an excellent job, are very available, highly professional and personable.

The Van Steyn group was excellent to work with through both the sale of my existing home and the purchase of a new one. They provided a resource to help "stage" my house before it went on the market.  The pictures created for the marketing materials were wonderful.  Charlotte was my primary realtor and caught several items in my contract that I had overlooked. She was very quick to return phone calls.  She keep me informed of what was going on and when she wasn't available Marc stepped in to help me with whatever was needed.  I would recommend the Van Steyn group to anyone that is looking for quality service.
