The Original Mattress Factory

Very well. Salesman, Bob asked good questions and understood our needs and made good suggestions. No rush, no strong sales pitch, answered our questions and explained construction of mattress. Did not follow us around, but was available to answer questions. We were able to wander on our own to test ( lay on) various mattresses. Did not make a decision on initial visit, but went back later to make a purchase. Several months have gone by and we continue to be happy with our choice. We bought Orthopedic Luxury Firm Mattress and Box Springs Delivery was on time and went well.

We have had the box spring and mattress over six months and continue to like it.   The mattress is fairly firm with a soft cover.   We plan to keep up with the rotation/flipping schedule per their recommendations.    We were able to use our existing bed frame but for $20 they added a better center support.    

Our foam mattresses were no longer comfortable. We went into the store not remembering our warranty and expecting we may need to buy two new mattresses.  Tony and Bob said we should check to see if we still have a warranty in effect.  We checked the purchase date and the warranty and found that it was still effective. Kudos to them for being customer-focused.
We have been buying mattresses exclusively from The Original Mattress Factory for at least 15 years and have recommended them to family and friends.  We believe they offer the best quality for the price and that means that we get a very good value.

They are very respectful company, they're not very pushy. They encourage you to try out all the mattresses and they answer all the questions you have and they're happy to just let you browse the store without a lot of interfering.

The store manager was great. We needed mattresses for bunk beds and he educated us on the different types of mattresses. For example, we didn't know that we shouldn't get a pillow top mattress because it would be too high. We have gone to The Original Mattress Factory in the past and we'll go again in the future.

The Original Mattress Factory was the fifth mattress store I went to in order to test (lay on) mattress-I had no intention of buying a mattress that day.

From the moment , I walked into the store - Bob Santa started education me on mattress.

I had previously looked on the Original Mattress Factory's web site and found it very informative on how to buy a mattress.

Bob did not put any pressure on me to buy a mattress that day. He told me to test the mattress as long as I wanted.

When I had narrow my choice down to two mattress-Bob gave me his expert opinion on which mattress would be best for me based on my weight and my sleeping position(side sleeper).

While Bob was talking to another customer ,I looked at all my notes from previous mattress stores and it was a and quot;no brainerand quot;

choice for me

The Original Mattress Factory had the best quality and the lowest price. The Original Mattress Factory does not have sales-the price is the price year round.

It was even $80 cheaper then the mattress store that offered me free delivery/set-up and removal of old mattress and said their

mattress were on sale that week.

I got a good quality mattress/box-spring/ waterproof mattress cover/delivery and set-up and removal of old mattress/box-spring all for $80 cheaper than all four other mattress stores I had visited

I went out of the store to get my credit card from my car and Bob thought I was leaving for good-we laughed together when I came back and said I am buying your mattress right now-I don't have to think about it - it is a and quot;no brainerand quot; choice.



I got a new mattress delivered to my house from and quot;SANTAand quot; three days later.

I visited 8 different mattress stores to try and find the right comfort level at a decent price. I went to this company first and returned after a long day of shopping. Even though their prices were not the lowest, their salesmen seemed genuinely proud of their product and were willing to spend time to educate consumers. I chose one of their top of the line models (only 1 of their mattresses was more expensive than what I bought), as this is a purchase that is important to one's overall health and well-being. After my first night on the supposedly soft mattress, I woke up with a terrible backache. The mattress was not even close to the level of softness found in the display model. When I called the store to inquire about my options, they said that I need to give it "30 days to 1 year to break in" and allow my BODY to adjust to the BED....hello,shouldn't the bed I just purchased be a good fit for my body and not the reverse?!?!?! They refuse to take the mattress back and to add insult to injury, they will charge 25% of the purchase price as a fee to dispose of the mattress if I want to upgrade!!
