They removed our old mattress and were very easy to deal with. They were very helpful when we were in the store and were very reliable. We would definitely buy from them again and we would highly recommend them.

It went very well. They were good at talking about the mattress construction and policy for return, etc. The set up was fast and professional.

We discovered that a new bed we purchased was a platform bed and didn't need the box spring(s). The bedroom furniture, box springs and mattress were all delivered at the same time, so we didn't remove the box springs from the plastic so that we could return. We come find out that OMF return policy is that you cannot return mattresses, box springs, sheets, etc. once you take delivery, regardless if the plastic had not been opened. We are technically at fault because we didn't read the fine print. However, not once did the salesperson or delivery crew inform us that once we signed the dotted line at delivery that all merchandise is non-refundable. Next time I will read all the fine print. I have purchased four mattresses from OMF. This will be my last purchase. The company is purposely trying to deceive it's customers by not reviewing or stating their policies at point of sale or delivery. I think this is would be a very important policy to point out. The mattress market is very competitive and this is way for them to make final sales and keep their quota up.

Salesperson gave lots of good information; delivery was on time and reasonably priced; mattress is comfortable.

We looked at the Consumer's Report and we looked at Angie's List and checked them out. They have several stores. They actually make their mattresses and sell them directly as opposed to going through a middle man. You can't really compare them  the others. They just make different stuff but we really like that too. Give them lots of  'A's. We have had good luck with that.

Great, no problem and bed feels great. Gave a lot of information and used low pressure sales tactics...

This is our second mattress we purchased from them.  Very happy with their service.

They actually explained the differences in the mattresses and box springs.  We chose one type for our bed and another type for our kids beds.  They came in quickly which was great!

Mike spent quite a bit of time at first visit explaining the diferences between their mattresses and national brands (cut aways on display) and among their own different styles and construction. Good selection on display. Made choices and ordered custom mattress to be delivered to the store in 2 weeks.

I looked them up on Angie’s List and they had high marks. I went with the intention of buying the mattress that would cost me $600 actually, but I bought the $1200 one. I got value for what I paid for. There was no pressure. The salesman, Mike, explained in great detail how each one of them was made; whether it was a side sleeper or a back sleeper, and things like that. He educated me. I got some information from the Angie’s List website but he also took time to explain everything. He really seemed like he was enjoying his job. Because the mattress is something that you are going to have for several years, he gave me the impression that he wanted you to be well-matched with the mattress. I was very impressed with the quality of their product and the service. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

We have purchased several mattresses over the years before I knew about this company and it was always a frustrating experience. This time, we went to this store first. Mike explained how they make their mattresses compare to the other brands. It all made sense since we had owned the other brands.He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. We made our choice and purchased the mattress. It was delivered a couple days later. The delivery men called 30 minutes prior to delivery as promised so I could leave work and meet them at home for the delivery. The mattress and box springs were all nicely wrapped in plastic. They took them upstairs to the bedroom and set them up just as I wanted them. They were nice and professional and punctual. And so far, we love the mattress!!!

Mike was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know, and then left us alone to evaluate and make a decision. He also explained how we had a 1 year comfort exchange policy, where you could return your mattress and have reconfigured as any other mattress if the mattress wasn't comfortable for you. After selecting a mattress that was too hard, we exercised this option (three weeks after the purchase). True to their word, we had another mattress in our home within a week. The only snafu was they were supposed to call me at work 30 minutes prior arriving, but they called home instead. Thank goodness for nosy neighbors, which called me and let me know that someone was at my house with a delivery.

I HAD CALLED AROUND A COUPLE OF PLACES FIRST TO SEE WHO COULD DELIVER THE SAME DAY OR IF I COULD PICK UP. SOME WERE NOT OPEN AND OTHERS SEEMED SHADY. THEN I CALLED THE ORIGINAL MATTRESS FACTORY. THEY WERE OPEN, THEY COULD DELIVER OR I COULD PICK UP. THE SELECTION WAS GREAT. NO PRESSURE FROM THE SALES REP. JUST HELP. HE EVEN LOADED IT ON THE CAR FOR ME. THE PRICE AND SERVICE WERE COMPETITIVE.

I WAS SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR AN INEXPENSIVE SET FOR A SPARE BEDROOM. THE QUALITY IS GOOD FOR THE PRICE RANGE. THE MATTRESSES WERE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP WHEN PROMISED.

THE SALESMAN WAS WONDERFUL AT STONERIDGE. WE SPENT A LONG TIME TRYING ON ALL THE DIFFERENT SETS OF MATTRESSES AND EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENCES. HOWEVER, THE DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY DIFFERENT. THEY CONTINUED A DISCUSSION THAT THEY HAD OBVIOUSLY STARTED EARLIER ABOUT WHETHER ONE OF THEM SHOULD REVEAL TO HIS GIRLFRIEND THAT HE CHEATED ON HER. THERE WERE MANY ANTI-FEMALE COMMENTS MADE ABOUT HOW SHE WOULD REACT UNTIL I POINTED OUT THAT THEY ARE IN AN ALL FEMALE HOUSE. THEY CONTINUED THE DISCUSSION. FINALLY THEY DID SHUT UP WHEN I SAID I WAS A FEMALE LAWYER THAT DIDN'T APPRECIATE THEIR ATTITUDES. I'M GLAD MY DAUGHTERS WEREN'T IN THE HOUSE.

MIKE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I FELT CONFIDENT FROM THE BEGINNING. DELIVERY WENT AS PLANNED AND I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY. THEY SHOULD ADVERTISE ON TV THERE ARE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, AS WE FIRST THOUGHT WE HAD TO GO TO THE ROBERTS ROAD STORE (WELL OUT OF OUR AREA). THANKFULLY WE CALLED AND DISCOVERED THEY HAD A STORE WITHIN 15 MINS. OF OUR HOME.

GO HERE 1ST IF YOU NEED A NEW MATTRESS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB EDUCATING FOLKS ON WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A MATTRESS, AND THERE IS NO PRESSURE TO BUY. IN FACT THEY ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK AROUND AND COMPARE FEATURES AND PRICES. WE'VE HAD THE NEW MATTRESS FOR A MONTH AND HAVE BEEN SLEEPING GREAT!

THIS IS THE SECOND BED THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GREAT MATTRESSES AT VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING. THEY WERE ABLE TO DELIVER ON A DAY THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.
