They do a good job.  I do like to have the same cleaning team, but that is not always possible.  The girls will redo and/or listen to what ever I ask of them.  If they do not know the answer to my question, they will call their office.  I have had The Cleaning Authority clean my home since 2004.

After using private, individuals to clean our home over the past 1.5 years, we switched to The Cleaning Authority in December 2014. Not only are they very professional, but they do a wonderful job every time they are here. My house is cleaner than it has been in a long time. 
Added bonus: you earn rewards for each clean and referrals that can be used for a percentage off (or even 100% off) a future clean.

I'm very satisfied. I like them. I keep them and I endorse them.

They come in once a month. I had one problem, and John himself came out and took care of it. One of the girls had taken a button off my stove that should not have been taken off, and my oven would not work. We thought we were going to have to buy a new oven which would not have been terrible because the one in the house is old. He came out, looked at it, and got it fixed for us. The people that come and clean my house seem to be very nice and very professional. They do the work and do it quickly. They are usually here an hour or an-hour-and-a-half at the most. There are two of them that come in, and I think they do a good job. I had a cleaning lady before that that came in, and she was charging me $100. She cleaned for me for years. So, I guess the price is pretty reasonable. He does respond quickly. If I call them, they return my call pretty quick if I cannot get through to them. I have dealt with them for about three years.

They have been very good and very easy to work with. I haven't compared their price. I would hire them again.

John monitors the work and the quality is excellent. The price is very fair. The price above is for every two weeks. Everything is very thorough.

We used them over four years to regularly clean our house. Finally, had to fire them because of numerous instances of breakage. Over the four year period, they broke an art glass piece, scratched two pieces of expensive furniture because they slid glass decorative items accross table top instead of lifting to dust, spilled cleaning fluid on bedroom carpet leaving a spot, broke the electrical outlet because they yanked the plug for the vacuum cleaner out of the wall instead of going to the jack and gently pulling the cord out, opened Christmas presents that were stored in the basement (which was not part of their cleaning rotation), and broke a light fixture in the bedroom closet. Moreover, the cleaning was only fair -- only surface clean. If something needed scrubbed, you needed to do it yourself. We should have terminated their services earlier. On a positive note, they were not very expensive

The crew always came on the correct day although I was never quite sure of the time. The job was not horrible, but it was not top notch professional either. I'd have to give the whole thing straight C's. We stayed with them as long as we did because we just didn't find another service we liked any better. Now we just do it ourselves.

The work was sloppy from the beginning. They are poor with the details including scratching the surface of my stove quite noticeably, mopping left dirt piled up in the corners, baseboards still dusty, floor around toilet still dirty (after the bathroom rotation) and dusting was never done throughly. There was a different set of people for each cleaning which made for a different level of clean each time. They were, however, very kind to my dog and I was glad that he was comfortable with them. Their owner is very difficult to reach (I gave up several times), rude to speak to and not willing to look into complaints. I will never deal with him again.

I have had bi-weekly work done for over two years. The teams have changed often. When I have had problems, the owner is often confrontational, and places blame on me. I have had many items broken. Work has been done sloppily or not done at all. I have resigned myself to being present when the cleaners are here. They use a rotation schedule for "deep" cleaning that is absolutely inflexible. They cannot change the rotation without several days of notice. The owner is difficult to reach, and does not return phone calls to the client, but instead leaves messages with the cleaning crew while they are in the home. The crews are polite and will redo anything I ask. But they are also very intimidated by the owner, and schedule-oriented. If they are due at the next house, they will leave, regardless of whether they were late to my home, or whether the work was completed.

The cleaners always showed up on the day specified but they came anytime between 8:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m. They never gave me a courtesy call on their schedule change. Also an incident occurred where money was missing and the owner would not even look into the fact that one of his cleaners was responsible. In fact the owner was rude, and very condescending. I would never use the cleaning authority again. I do not trust the cleaners or the owner.

THEY HAD A ROTATING SCHEDULE OF THE WORK THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I HAD THEM FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND I ENDED UP DOING ALL THE DETAIL WORK THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY STAYED ONLY AN HOUR AND THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE WORK.

I USED THE CLEANING AUTHORITY FOR SIX MONTHS BEFORE I FINALLY GOT FED UP WITH BROKEN ITEMS AND SLOPPY WORK AND WHAT SEEMED TO BE A HIGH PRICE FOR A SMALL CONDO. THE FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN THE ROTATION FOR THE WEEK INCLUDED PAYING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO SEVERAL ITEMS, INCLUDING MY WINDOW SILLS. I HAVE FOUR WINDOWS. NONE OF THEM WERE CLEAN. IN FACT, THEY APPARENTLY HADNT BEEN CLEANED IN A VERY LONG TIME.
