 + -1 moreOverall I thought Debbie was fair with her appraisal. She was prompt for the appointment, and she was very personable. I would use this company again.

 + -1 moreJENNIFER WERTH CALLED PROMPTLY AND SCHEDULED THE APPRAISAL AROUND MY SCHEDULE. I HAD TO CHANGE IT AT THE LAST MINUTE DUE TO AN EMERGENCY AND SHE WAS VERY GRACIOUS ABOUT IT. WHEN SHE CAME OUT, SHE DID A THOROUGH JOB VERY QUICKLY. SHE WAS ALSO ON TIME AND VERY PLEASANT. HER APPRAISAL CAME BACK ON TIME, VERY CLOSE TO THE AMOUNT WE EXPECTED. THE COMPS (COMPARABLE PROPERTIES) WERE WELL-CHOSEN. THERE WERE TWO MINOR FACTUAL ERRORS ON HER APPRAISAL, BUT NOTHING THAT WOULD AFFECT THE FINAL AMOUNT.
Description of Work: APPRAISAL OF HOME FOR REFINANCING.
