Shower Installation and Replacement

Simon from Indianapolis took out my bathtub and put in a walk in shower. He did a great job. I love the finished work. What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job.

Our Demo and installer was Gene from the Bath Authority group. Genes work throughout the entire process of Demolishing two tub/shower combinations (a little over 23 years old) and replacing with shower wall systems (BCI Acrylic) was OUTSTANDING! Gene is very meticulous and thorough. His attention to detail is above reproach! In short, his work is Superb! I am very impressed with the finished products. Extremely glad I went with Bath Authority. Highly recommend Bath Authority for any similar projects. As others have said, there was No mess or leftover materials after work was completed. Very professional and Well Done Gene.

The were kind and efficient. They let us know step by step what they are doing. My husband asking a lot of questions and they were very patient with him. When they came for the estimate they very knowledgeable and professional. She made us very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable on the product.Gene and josh were verygood and on time for the installation . I am very pleased with everything.l will fill comfortable about telling anyone about this business.
