I am always cautious to post a negative review unless I feel I need to warn other consumers so you donâ t have to spend thousands of dollars and be disappointed. I had my driveway Installed 2 years ago. Within 18 months It was chipping and flaking. The lines were also chipped and it has a brown discoloring. I researched it and had another concrete company come out to give me an professional opinion who told me the lines are due to either being cut too soon or a dull blade. The owner came out to look at it and told me Ohio driveways look like this, including his. He also said its because of salt. I have never used salt on my driveway. I also only drive on one side of it and the side I do not drive on (so no risk of salt from my tires getting on it) but it is also chipping. So to be thorough and. verify what Ohio driveways look like, I drove around neighborhoods (including a driveway this company installed which does not look like mine) and have not found one, not one, that looks like mine, even those that are far older than mine. I contacted them again. An employee told me he would come out but has ghosted me. When installed correctly by your contractor, driveways in Ohio are one color with clean cut lines and do not have chips and cracking and flaking. Make sure you get what you pay for.

Matt Henry and his team did an excellent job not only installing a new concrete driveway, but they installed new aluminum fencing as well. The driveway is a partially exposed aggregate with a tan tint and buff wash. Quite the elaborate process and - who knew you could say this about a driveway - looks beautiful! We contacted TFR in January to get a jump on things and were able to have everything finished by the end of March. This felt like a very expensive project, but it transformed our house. There were a couple of items that could probably have been more proactively addressed by TFR because â we didnâ t know what we didnâ t knowâ , but they were able to be resolved (one at additional cost).

This has been the worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. We had such a lack of communication that we cancelled our project. Then it took us almost a month to get a refund which I am still waiting on.

Removed old pedicure chairs and installed new ones at my hair salon/spa. Could not even tell they had been there except... VOILA... brand new, beautiful pedicure chairs. I would highly recommend them to any business... big or small! A BIG thanks to Tyler, Kyle and Matt!

They were nice, conscientious, got things done quickly, and it looks amazing. We could not have asked for more. We have a couple of odd turns around the house and the sidewalks they laid worked perfectly with the house’s angles.

Andrew and his team did great work on our project. They waited until it was good timing to put the project in rather than rushing to just finish it. It was totally worth the wait. Better communication regarding the status and timing of the project would have been appreciated. That is the only reason I did not score all 5s. If 4.75 were an option I would have given that as the other reviewer stated. I would have no concerns recommending them for future customers. We are truly enjoying the new drive.

The crew were exceptional, skilled and professional; good, steady workers who seemed to work together well and enjoy what they were doing. Matt Henry was great to work with -- he was very helpful as an advisor along the way and didn't mind changing the plan a few times. They demolished and hauled away old concrete driveway and apron, sidewalks, porch steps and garage floor and replaced with new concrete. I highly recommend TFD for concrete work.

I have never had an issue on the project, they do a great work, just a few communication issues. I give them a 4.75 value.
