Terra Tree and Waterscape Services LLC. did a very good job. We have used him on multiple occasions. He was very accommodating and was able to work outside of normal work hours. He did a thorough job cleaning up the area.

It took a little longer for him to schedule me because he's been very busy this spring. I've used Terra before and have never been disappointed with the work. He cut down the tree, removed the stump and CLEANED UP!! It was just an outstanding job. Couldn't even tell he was here because the clean up was so thorough. There's no question that I'll call Terra again if needed and I highly recommend them.

As of today, 4/7, I have not heard anything from them. Also on 4/7 I sent them an email contacting them through the Angie's List website outlining my attempts to call them and not hearing from them I am canceling my work order. I also informed should the work be done that I will not be paying them.

He worked very hard, did a great job and cleaned up such that I couldn't tell he was there when I came home.

Very well, they ground the stumps up and it turned out great.

It went fine. He was here right away. He did as good a job as possible given the circumstances.

Overall this was a good experience. Kyle answered his own phone, set up a time to come and do the work, and showed up when he said he would. The price was fair considering it was really a "double" job (2 storms' worth of snow!) We asked to be put on his "regulars" list and he called us to make an appointment to come today (2/16) and remove the current snow fall.

Great. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

We were very pleased with him. He is an arborist and he has been out a few times. Our experience with him was good and that's why we have had him back. We know that when he comes out and is doing the cutting, nothing in the yard or in the house is going to get damaged when he is taking down large branches and trees.

Overall, Terra did a good job. It did take 8 days for them to return my initial call, but that is my only complaint.

called to have service done and got response the same day. he was prompt, cheerful and courteous. estimate done was right on. didn't leave a mess of grounded stump everywhere. definitely would use this individual again.

The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. The fellow who owns the company is a certified arborist and I relied upon him for such things as the Emerald Ash Borer. I feel he is knowledgeable and I can trust him.

His overall price was higher than another estimate that I received, so I went with another company.

Overall it was a good experience. Although we traded a lot of voicemails, Kyle followed through with each one and got the job done in the time frame I was needing. The quality of the work was solid and I would use his services again.

They cut down a sweetgum tree in our front yard, including the haul away and grinding the stump. They were on time, to estimate and did a great job.

I called Kyle on Monday, he came out and gave me an estimate on Tuesday and on Wednesday the stump was removed. I've used Terra Tree before and will not hesitate to call them again. Kyle does a great job and is very prompt, professional and friendly. He even took away a smaller stump that I dug out from a smaller bush. I highly recommend Kyle and Terra Tree.

We used Kyle for the second time since he did such a great job removing two poplar trees from our back yard years ago. As like the last time, he was very friendly, responsive, and professional. Since we considered possibly transplanting the trees, he referred us to Richard’s Tree Transplanting Services (phone: 614-774-9686) without hesitation since Kyle does not perform that service and since he trusted Richard. Richard called the very next morning, was quite friendly, talked through the location of our trees, and explained why transplanting was (unfortunately) not an option for us. We then went back to Kyle to remove the two trees from our front yard. He completed the job within 10 days of our return call to him, which was expected since that was the original timeline he quoted us. It was also nice to use his 5% off Angie’s List coupon. If we need to have this type of work done again, we will surely use Kyle.

Promptly returned my call. Came out a few days later to give me an estimate. Price was half of other 2 estimates. Did the job the next week while I was at work. Did exactly what I had asked him to do.

From the estimate to the removal was less than a week. The work and the timeline were better than I had hoped. Excellent!

I contacted four tree service companies, all Angies List members. Three companies including this one gave me a free estimate within one week after I contacted them. The other company never provided an estimate after they said they would. After I spoke with the owner of Terra Tree confirming exactly what I wanted done and the price including discounts and taxes, I contracted with them over the phone (I had a written estimate which I had not mailed in) and they showed up the next day in the afternoon which I had agreed to that morning. All work was performed as agreed to including clean up. The entire project took about 2.5 hours. They bettered the two other estimates by $39 and $95 without knowing what they were.

All work was done when agreed to and every bit of the brush, limbs, and trunks were ground up and the yard was raked clean. They even cleaned up some small white pine branches that had fallen to the ground during a recent wind storm. The trees look much healthier and the lilacs will have room to grow and fill in. We will call Kyle Mercer whenever we have a tree issue.

The initial service, performed last June went very well except that the wire that they used to straighten and stake a leaning tree was not strong enough and one of the two stake wires snapped. I called them to request that they come out and redo the broken wire but they never returned my call. Now I have to hire another tree expert to come out and do the job that I already paid Terra to do. By not returning my call, Terra has demonstrated that they don't stand behind their work. For this reason, I will not use them again.

Excellent. I called and left a message in the morning. Kyle was at my property within an hour and left the estimate at the door. The estimate was very close to another company who also came very promptly (almost at the same time) but was unable to do the work immediately due to schedule issue. I did not want to wait as one of the trees was considered to be a safety issue. I called Kyle if he could do the job the same day due to my safety concern. Although he was not too concerned like me, he was able to schedule the work in the afternoon. The equipment was brought within couple of hours and the job was done in a professional manner.

The work was done very quickly. It took just over a week to get an estimate (other companies came the next day) but after giving me an estimate on Monday, I called with questions on Tuesday and the tree was removed on Wednesday. I did not need to be home for any of it. Of the three companies that I contacted for quotes, Terra Tree was the only one willing to remove a section of the fence to work on the stump. My estimate was $610 + tax, which is exactly what I paid. I was impressed that they had no additional charges for working in the power lines, removing the waste or dealing with the fence.
