They did a great job again this year. They're reasonable with their pricing and I enjoyed working with them. My willow trees are really large, so it was great to have someone to come out. They even took the branches from my trees, and a few additional branches away. It did take a couple of calls to get them to come out.

He followed up but I dropped the ball.

I have been using Terra Tree for years and it's obvious why I keep calling Kyle to take care of my trees. He's done it all from a simple trim to taking out an entire tree. The price is right, he shows up promptly, he's extremely friendly but, most of all, he does quality work. It's hard to describe how satisfied I am with the work he's done for me through the years.

I will continue to use Terra Tree in the future and am confident that anyone who calls Kyle for some work will not be disappointed.

The whole xperience went very well. Aside from them being hard to contact during the busy months, once they do get in touch (I think they do most of their call backs during the rainy days they told me) they are very reliable about coming out at the scheduled time. the work is neat and complete. It was 400 to remove the dead tree, and they arranged for someone to come out and grind the stump. For removal of the fallen limbs, they came out while I was at work and cleared it all away. No problems.

The yard never looked better and no damage occured to my yard.

They trimmed both trees up so that you can walk underneath easily. They did a really nice job and were much more affordable than the others I'd talked to. He was very professional. He is an arborist and really knew what he was doing.

We were building a shed in our back yard and a limb from a tree in our next door neighbor's yard was overhanging where the roof should be. We called Terra Tree based on Angie's List recommendation and Kyle was able to come out the same day to look at the job and give an estimate. He came back in a couple of days, removed the limb (with our neighbor's permission, of course!) and left his bill. Everything was cleaned up and the debris hauled away. This was a smooth, easy transaction and we will definitely use Terra Tree again.

He came out and gave me an estimate and stuck to it. He came to do the trimming a few weeks later and climbed the trees and took his time. Clean up was great and he (and his helper) were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend him and plan to use Terra Tree in the future. My parents saw his work and hired him as well. They were very satisfied too.

See the above. We had to wait a day or two for Kyle to return our call, but he was on time for our appointment. His estimate was understandable and reasonable. Kyle and his assistant kept the yard clear and cleaned up after they were finished. When he walked us around for an inspection, we were very pleased with the results. Even our magnolia tree looked better. We would not hesitate
to call Kyle in the future for work on our trees.

I was not able to find a pink dogwood at any nurseries at that time of year. I wanted a large one in good condition. He located one and installed it in the location I chose. After the installation, we decided to move it about two feet and he did without question. He was also helpful in choosing the perfect location. After the job he and his helper cleaned up the area and did some minor landscaping as I requested. Overall the job went well and there were no problems.

Kyle provided an estimate to remove 2 trees and trim two others. After his visit we decided to remove one of the trees being trimmed. I called Kyle, left a voicemail and he called me back a day later revising the estimate. Work was scheduled and completed without me being there. Very happy with the end product.

I called and left a voice message identifying myself, my number, address and the tree I wanted removed. I didn't receive a call back but an estimate was dropped off within a week. I mailed it back and asked the owner to call me 48 hours in advance of when he planned to do the work so I could notify neighbors and they could move their cars (which are parked very close to the tree). I also asked him to complete the work within 3 weeks. Jeff called me and set up a date and was prompt and effecient. He even cut some of the wood into logs at my request for use in my fire pit. Very happy with the experience.

They showed up the day before Thanksgiving to take down a large tree. They were able to produce proof of insurance in a matter of minutes. The large tree was cut down without incident. The person used to grind the stump proved to be unreliable, but the job is done and at a price that beat all other estimates.

We have used Terra Tree before, so we called on them again when some maple trees had branches that had drooped too low or had gotten too far into neighboring yards; it was also time to get some dead limbs out and do a bit of thinning. In addition, two smoke bushes had grown too tall to manage well, and Kyle cut them to a reasonable height, telling us that they will fill in again with new growth and thereby return to their former appearance. The visit for an estimate was set up quickly, Kyle called soon thereafter with an open date, and they came in the morning and were done by around noon. The trees and bushes look fine, and the clean-up left no mess at all.

I have two ash trees in my front yard that are showing signs of attack by EAB. I called Kyle with Terra Tree and one other company based on Angie's List reviews. Kyle returned my phone call at 7:45 that night. I called him back several weeks later to ask him to perform an estimate. He left the estimate on my doorstep two days later. I then called to ask him about the two different EAB treatments available. He advised that the more expensive treatment would only be useful in the spring, not late summer. He also advised that the less expensive treatment may not be very useful since only one month of the EAB season was left in the summer. I chose to do it anyway since replacing the trees would be costly and take years of growth to get to their current size. He performed the services the next day and left the bill on my doorstep.

Terra Tree did a great job. I was very satisfied with the job and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, the next day, my neighbor used their services.
