Description of Work: I had 2 very large trees (oak and maple), both overhanging the house and deck area, that needed to be thinned and trimmed away from the house. Each had a substantial amount of dead wood and lots of branches that were crossing over each other. Kyle was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote. Once I confirmed over the telephone what would be done, he was out to do the job within a week (actually sooner than I had expected). The trees look great. It's such a relief to finally have all of that dead wood taken away before the winter storms come and to have the heavy branches away from the house. Kyle cleaned up the area to the point that, if you didn't look up, you wouldn't know he had been there! As a matter of fact, I was at work when he came and there were a couple of piles of small branches that I had previously swept up on my deck that he picked up and took with him along with his debris. That was a nice surprise. :) I had also gotten quotes from two other companies and Kyle's was the best price. All in all, I was pleased with the work and the cost. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and will use it again in the future should the need arise. By the way, the above price includes tax.

Description of Work: Had a few trees that needed removal. I left a message on his cell phone (we've done business before). I told him what I wanted - cut down the trees, cart them away, just leave the bill. I came home one day and the work was done properly, and I paid the bill. Clean, efficent, if not cheap..... but I DIDN'T want to do the work!

+ -1 moreHE CAME OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. IT DID TAKE 3 WEEKS FOR HIM TO COME TO DO THE JOB. HOWEVER THERE WERE SOME STORMS DURING THAT TIME and WE SAID HE COULD COME AT HIS CONVENIENCE.

+ -1 moreTERRA GAVE AN ESTIMATE OF THE WORK AND WAS ABLE TO PERFORM IT A FEW WEEKS LATER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND FOLLOWED THROUGH ON EVERYTHING WE REQUESTED. THE YARD WAS LEFT IN GOOD SHAPE DESPITE THE FACT THAT TWO TREES WERE REMOVED.

THE OWNER, KYLE MERCER, AND HIS CREW WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP THE MESS, AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO CARE FOR SOME OF THE TREES IN THE YARD. ALL OF THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ONE AFTERNOON. CONSIDERING THE COST OF OTHER TREE REMOVAL AND LANDSCAPING WE'VE HAD DONE OVER THE YEARS, WE THOUGHT THIS WAS A VERY FAIR PRICE.
