Terminix

Horrible company, was scheduled to come out on two different times, never showed up, nor did they call. Warning ⚠️ Do not call this company. They sure put a hold on my credit card real quick. Called Green X, awesome service !!!

It didn’t. I called after 9 AM to confirm that Terminix was coming and was told they had rescheduled the appointment (without notifying us) to 7/8/2022 between 1 PM - 5 PM. I told the phone rep this was unacceptable. That we were driving to get to the house in question and that due to my husbands work schedule and only having 1 car, Friday was no good. That we wouldn’t have even come to the house today had we known they weren’t coming. She asked when we wanted them to come out? I said today, today as originally scheduled. Nope. Wasn’t going to happen. No apologies, no explanation for the rescheduling, nothing. Told her to cancel and that I wanted an email confirmation that we had cancelled and no money was taken. She said “Fine” and in a sarcastic tone, told me to “Have a good day.”

They never showed up to do anything.

Terrible. They were super unprofessional, they came into my home and broke things and all of them were impossible to get ahold of. I came into contact with the chemical, no MSDS sheet was left stating which chemicals they used leaving me to worry about what I might ingest. Overall, a terrible experience. We will never recommend or use this company again.
