I had a 5-speaker system with 2 wireless speakers and a sub. After sending me to the store a couple times to get various connectors he ended up trying to hook up everything through my cable box, even though I knew that wouldn't work and asked him to connect everything to my TV. He didn't want to take the TV down off the wall and said the cable box would work just fine after I purchased the right connectors.. He had to schedule multiple appointments to try and get everything set up and I had to pay for each trip. Finally he told me that one of the speakers was broken and he couldn't set it up but I still had to pay him. My system is still sitting in the box on his recommendation that it's broken, even though I'm pretty sure he just didn't want to take the TV down off the wall.
