I like their pricing, and their plan availability. I get up to four lines unlimited everything for 160.00. I don't have any surprises on my bill.

I would refer them definitely to my friends because they have been very good to me. With 5 phones, my kid would not exist if it was not for 3 phones that I buy for them or pay for. My wife and myself were the last ones to get cell phones; we have not gone beyond cell phone yet. The kids have an I-pad or something, I don't know what they have got and they got that on their own. Anyways I take care of the phone business for them. The 2 of them have unlimited use and the 3 of us have 500 minutes a month. My wife's phone was not working, we went up there to see what we could do and the value of insurance went out and I'm still paying it, some 4-5 months ago it went out and it was18 months or something and it was not good anymore but we were still paying it, my wife walked out of there. In the meantime the guy inside the store pulled the chip out and put it back in and we discovered that the phone was working fine. With respect to the price I don't know because this is the only phone service I have ever had, I don't know about the others. It's not horrendous but it's not scary, it comes every month no matter what. The quality is very good so far, as far as the dropped calls and things like that are rare. With respect to their responsiveness and punctuality they are okay on both, sometimes you have to wait while the welfare gang gets its phone.

I like the unlimited data plan. I don't like that it isn't a constant speed, you get a small amount at the fast speed but it drops your speed later on in the month. Their customer service sucks. We have had problems with both phones and there is some ridiculous policy to replace it and it takes a long time to repair it.

We are satisfied with their service.

I TRIED TO BUY A NEW CHIP FOR AN OLD PHONE BUT WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO GET A NEW PHONE. THERE WAS A SPECIAL DEAL WHEN I BOUGHT - DURING THE STATE FAIR. IT WAS $30 CHEAPER THAN NORMAL. NO ROAMING WITH THE PREPAID PHONE IS THE ONLY DOWNSIDE. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GOOD.
