 + -1 moreWe have a maintenance plan.This was completely covered under the maintenance plan. They just do a good job. They installed our furnace and air conditioner. So we use them for the checkups. Initially, we had a carbon monoxide issue in January and they are the only company that would come and install a furnace for us quickly so I say they went above and beyond. Luckily we had a detector. The workers are fine. They just come and are very professional and do their job and that is it. They are good. It only took about a half an hour. They cleaned up.
