He charged me about $700 for painting the foyer and the walls. I started working with him and got to know him. I have used him a lot personally. I used him at my mother?s house and for business as well. He is always more bang for the buck. He will come in and touch things up. He is just terrific to have in your house. He is a great human being as well as does a good job as a painter. He always does a little extra as well. I would hire him again. He is a fine human being who does a wonderful job. He is just a great guy. He knows his job. He is very careful. He always puts up good quality materials. He makes good suggestions. He is another one who doesn?t just want to do more work. He has got good ideas and he always recommends good products for things. We were doing a renovation at a friend?s house and I was in charge of it. He and his crew did the cabinets in their kitchen. So, they had to take them all apart and they had to prep them all. Then they did the spray paint on all of them. I told her to pay him a little bit more because he was the one. I told her not to always get the cheapest person. Down the road if you start having trouble with the cabinets for any reason, then he will come back and make sure that they are taken care of and that they are right. There are some people who will just disappear and you never hear from them again. So, he is not that kind of person. Painting kitchen cabinets requires somebody that knows what they are doing. I also had him paint ceramic tile in a house in the bathroom because we couldn?t tear it all out since it was too expensive. So, they prepped the walls and they spray painted the ceramic tiles. The result was fantastic. It was absolutely terrific. He knows his products and knows how to prep for his products. He takes his time and does a wonderful job.
