Great for the conditions

Fabulous - the driver allowed us to go at our own pace. We needed to add on two additional hours to accommodate three different stops, and the driver was able to meet our need.

I was very pleased with their service.

• >  The driver was 15 minutes early as promised.
• >  The car was equipped with audio and USB cables for I-pod.
• >  There was a gift from Supreme Limousine in the car.  I don't want to give too much away.  It was very thoughtful.

• >  The car arrived with everything we needed - ice, flutes, champagne holder etc.

The service was very good. They are professional and personable.

The drivers were professional and punctual and the car was clean. I appreciated the fact they come into airport baggage claim with a sign and help me obtain my luggage. My major beef, however is the lack of a receipt for services rendered. I don't like to provide my credit card prior to obtaining services, but this is the only option available, so I did. I asked for a receipt - and I was told it is e-mailed.  I didn't want that, and requested a  paper receipt. I asked that it be given to me on my return trip home or I gave them the option of mailing it. The return trip driver had no receipt for me, not even a notation of the charges or of my prior request. This is a business trip which needs to be expensed. Why is it so difficult to obtain a receipt from this company? I travel every week and would like to continue to use their services, but won't due to this issue. I requested the receipt three times - once, when making the reservation (long hold time), once on the return trip home and finally, on my day off Saturday (again, long hold time). I'm waiting to see if I ever get it. Terrible administrative practices. Never again. Who needs the aggravation and their time wasted like this for a single receipt?

Everything about this experience was exceptional. They were early to pick me up but sent me a text and told me they were there and not to rush. The vehicle was clean, the driver was very friendly and I made my flight in plenty of time. For my return, my flight came in a half an hour early and my driver was there waiting for me. I was very impressed. Also, it was four below zero outside. He heated the car up for me and came around to pick me up. Again, the car was clean and the driver was very friendly. I was impressed with my entire experience and plan to use them again!

Everything was great.

Our driver was prompt and on time.  It was a most enjoyable experience and he was great to work with.

Everything was great booking the limo. We had some changes in party size which required us to modify the size of the limo we needed and we adjusted the number of hours. They were very flexible. The driver showed up on time and was very professional. The limo was very nice but did not have any radio tuning in the back or an iPod cable so we were left with the radio presets (it was later explained that this was a driver error and there was a cable in the car). We did choose to extend our service by an hour. We arrived back to our destination 11 minutes after the hour and were billed for 2 extra hours instead of 1. The 11 minutes was when the driver was leaving us. This would have been after unloading it myself and cleaning out our trash. We were courteous and responsible enough to go the extra mile to not use their glassware or leave any trash items behind. So I was quite surprised when I received a receipt and charge to my card for 2 extra hours for 11 minutes. I called them and reviewed the invoice. The lady there had explained that there is no proration on partial hours. Which, had we known of this, we would have kept driving around and enjoying ourselves for the other 49 minutes. We did come to an agreement and we were credited on our invoice. Though we had the billing issue, all was rectified and I would recommend them to others. Just be aware if you extend that there is no proration on extra hours.

An absolute pleasure working with Supreme Limo.  The scheduler was very courteous and patient as we worked through various options.  Our driver, David was prompt, cordial and very professional.

My husband and I have used Supreme Limo for a few years now.  My husband travels a lot for business so we have used the service for him many time as well as for our personal vacations.  They are prompt and courteous.  Any time there is a change or a delay I call them with the new information and the response is ALWAYS, "No problem."  The cars are beautiful, clean and comfortable.  The drivers are extremely courteous and Dawn (the owner) is always available to take a reservation or make a change without hesitation.  I am a travel agent and have worked with many car services all over the US and I am thrilled that the best I've ever worked with is in my home town!  I highly recommend.

We caught an earlier connecting flight, called the car service with revised flight info, and driver was waiting for us on arrival.  Car was in excellent condition.  Driver was personable, professional, and delivered us safely home.  We are using the service again this week for round trip airport transportation.  Pricey compared to a taxi, but with early morning or late night flights, it's worth the price to be able to count on the car being there when you need it.

Everything went perfectly.
