SUPER STEAM

First, I have no idea if the dates and costs above are accurate as I am getting this request to complete this 9 months later. I don't even know the answer if I would use this provider again (need a maybe option - not just a yes or no). First, I want to express that our carpets were very dirty. And I know that the gentleman really worked over our carpets. I could see how he was getting the dirt out as well. However, what I am stumped about is that when he left the carpets where very bright, light and looked brand new again, but the next morning all this dirt came up, and my husband and I still had to work for the next week to get out what came up the next day. Even though underpads were used on some furniture, some metal from the couch still was on the floor and we had to then take rust out of the carpet (which we had asked to make sure these pads were secure underneath). I believe the emulsifier used before he left still brought up more dirt the next day, and that is deceiving if they know this will happen. They know it would look great when they left, but didn't say it would reappear the next day or would need to come back to pick up more of what comes up. I guess I would like feedback from others if they think this is normal or not.

Carpets are super clean at a great price. He really takes pride in his business and really scrubs out traffic areas!

DID A WONDERFUL JOB FOR ME. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE SHAMPOOED, CONDITIONED, AND RINSED. WE HAVE A PUPPY AND ALL ODOR AND STAINS WERE COMPLETELY REMOVED.
