I have used Suburban Sanitation for many years and have always found them to be professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Ernie always shows up in a timely manner and is just a pleasure to do business with. Since he has had to dig down to find my septic tank cover over the years, he suggested how I might install a riser for a relatively inexpensive price. He provided me with the contact information of who to call and even ended up calling the guy himself to tell him exactly what I needed. When I drove to the place to pick up the supplies, every thing was ready for me. I installed the rider myself even though Ernie told me to give him a call if I got hung up during the installation and he would come back and help me. He's a really great person. Thanks, Ernie!
