Stucco Restorations of Ohio

It was awful. The first door was bad, they went back and got another door from lowes and complained about losing money having to go back and get a correct door (not my problem, should of checked door before they brought it to house) Then second door was hung wrong and not installed correctly. Also we had to rig it to make it lock, we had to drill new holes the doors lock did not match up to the holes. The stucco started to chip off 3 weeks after it was put on. We called and asked for Charles to come back and fix the stucco and door. He set up 2 times to come out and re-do work and never showed. We called after the second NO SHOW and he told my husband quote "he did not have time for this" and hung up on him. We only wanted the work to be corrected and done correctly. The door looked awful and did not even work correctly. We finally had to hire a new company to re-do all work. This man was rude and the workmanship was terrible. The stucco did not last even a month and the door never worked and looked like it was not finished and air blew through the space between where he hung it and where the house was. He did not refill in the spaces or anything. I would never use this company and regret ever hiring him. It was 3,400 dollars of headache not results.
