As always it went perfectly.  Russell has done work for us for a long time.  He returns our calls immediately.  He is prompt and does amazing work.  If he doesn't feel he is qualified to do the work we ask, he gives us reliable references.  We wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Russell is a terrific plumber -- he really works with the customer to find a convenient time, is always punctual, and doesn't charge more than he estimates. He also is great in advising the customer on what parts to buy -- he wants to help keep costs low for you. I appreciate the great customer service and plumbing expertise.

He was great, showed up when he said he would be there, and didn't mind that my dogs wanted to help him.

Great! Russell has been my plumber for approximately ten years and is honest and fair, does excellent work. always promptly returns my calls and will discuss problems over the phone to determine if I can solve the issue on my own. He once even returned my call while he was on vacation in Canada and had to travel many miles to get to a phone to call me. If the job is too big for him he has a few other plumbers he recommends who are also very good.  Most of my neighbors also use his services now too.

He was able to give us an appointment in a few days, arrived promptly, and immediately saw what was wrong.  ahe kept us informed as he worked and gave us pointers on how to avoid future plumbing poblems.  Very pleasant yougn man.

    Mr. Strouse was very prompt in his appointments and very professional in installing our toilets.  When he opened one of the boxes of toilets that had been delivered by Lowes, we found one toilet cracked.  Russ Strousse was very helpful in going to Lowes with me to return the cracked toilet and pick up another one.  
After the installation one of the toilets had a very minor leak and Russ came to check it.  After working with the issue, we all decided that there was a defect in the toilet.  Again Russ was very helpful in helping us to resolve this issue.  I would certainly call him again for further plumbing needs.

We called one morning in September and left a message.  He called us back that after noon and fixed the problem later that day.  He was friendly, informative and did a great job.  We called him again in October for a leaking pipe under the sink.  He responded promptly and again repaired the problem within 24 hours.  It's great to have a plumber you can call on and trust.

He is a young man and he is excellent. His work is impressible. We have been so pleased at the respectfulness that he shows. I am sure you could find somebody a little cheaper but then he comes right back and does things and doesn't change you for them because the feels it was his fault. He is very serious about his work. He is also very serious about not doing something he is not qualified to do and I admire that. He is a lovely man and has a lovely family. He is very close to his family. He is very personable but he is on track. He gets things done in a reasonable amount of time. He always calls you back. If you need him, he will try to be there but there’s family time and I respect that fact that he respects family time. He gives me suggestions on what to buy and what would last and I appreciate that.

Russell is very good at listening to our needs, and offering suggestions.  We had an older water that had started to leak.  It was located in our basement bathroom.  Because of access, we wanted to move the location, without having to rerun vent piping.  Russell offered several options, providing opinions, and overall worked with us to identify the best solution to tapping into an existing vent near the furnace.  He was bale to set up instalation over our vacation, and was even able to push the schedule up, which suited our needs even better.  They were in and out in about half a day having tapped into the gas lines, and running new water lines, connecting to a drain line, an d tapping into the venting.  When the work was finished, they tested the gas, to make sure there were no leaks, and made sure all of the gas appliances were lit and opperational. We are pleased with the work, and will use Strouse Plumbing again.
As we were paying Russell, he ask about our neighbor who he has worked with in the past, and has health issues.  Point being he cares about his customers. 

Russell Strouse most recent repair was our broken bathtub faucets.  I say 'recent' because our 60 year old home need lots of plumbing love.  Russell could and maybe should have recommend that we tear out the original fixtures and start over.  Instead he worked hard to save us the expense and hassle of a major repair by seeking out very hard to find replacement parts.  He warned that it might not work because even this fix depended on the other old fixture parts but it was worth a try.  Sure enough it worked. 
This experience was like the rest, fantastic.  Russell has fixed toilets, installed fixtures, instructed me how to do minor repairs, put in drainage pipe in my yard and been there for my myriad of questions.  He's the type of supplier that you want to tip when he's done.  He has saved me hundreds of dollars by his honest proposals which have my needs at the forefront.  I have recommended him to anyone that even hints at plumbing issues because I know I'm sending a person of integrity. 

We called the owner, Russell Strouse, this morning.  He was here within a couple of hours of our initial call, even though it was not an emergency.   Russell assessed the situation and cleared the drain in a relatively short time.   He has always been very courteous and cleans up carefully after himself.   I feel we can trust Russell, he will not pad his time or recommend services which are not necessary.  He has been very willing to install faucets and toilets we have purchased and supplied.  I  highly recommend Strouse Plumbing.

I'm not much for telling the story but when all is said and done I am extremely pleased and completely satisfied with the entire performance and outcome as a result of Russell Strouse's services. If there was a place to check mark an A++ for "Overall Experience" I would have done so. Recommened.

Very professional job & repair.

I wanted to replace my double kitchen sink with a single basin, so ordered one online and called Russell to get an estimate and approximate installation date. He was very reasonable and quite helpful with the type of disposal I should get. When the sink arrived, it was too small in the front and back (that is another story). He said he could install it, but it just wasn't going to function properly or look good either. He recommended we return it and gave me several names to call to see if we could find one in town. No success along those lines, so I ordered a different sink, checking the template for all the dimensions. He was very accommodating in staying in touch as to when it would arrive and getting the installation accomplished as soon as possible. He is always on time, very professional and keeps the work area clean with a final cleanup. His prices are quite reasonable and his work has been excellent every time we have used him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
