STRIP-N-STRAP

I had been searching for a vendor who could repair the straps on our vintage Brown Jordan chairs and was fortunate to find this provider.  He gave me a quote, picked up the chairs and delivered them back to us  even before the date promised.  The straps on the chairs are in the original color and look almost new. We are elated with the results.

Wow!  Great customer service!  When we received replacement slings from the manufacturer of our 7-year-old patio furniture, we couldn't get them installed without stripping the screws.  I found Strip-n-Strap online and they were easily able to install them.  When some of the slings from the manufacturer were the wrong size, Strip-n-Strap allowed me to leave one piece of furniture there until the manufacturer corrected the mistake.  Next time, I will have Strip-n-Strap make the replacement slings instead of ordering them through the original manufacturer.  Nice people, great work.

I called the company--they gave me a quote--I agreed--they came and picked up the chairs--cleaned and sprayed them --and then brought them back.

We dropped off our patio umbrella cover to have the pockets for the tines sewn back on. They said that it should be ready in about a week. A little more than a week later, we followed up with them and it had been "forgotten". Gave them another week and they said that we could pick it up Saturday morning. I believe I called on Friday. Super nice people to work with and the price was right but not really organized. A very "mom and pop" store feel. The only reason that I said I wouldn't use them again is because of where they are located in relationship to my house. I live in Westerville and they are close to I-70 on the east side.

We arrived at 9 and met Jerome and a coworker. He looked at the chairs and knew exactly what to do and asked us if we wanted to wait while they fixed them! And he invited us to watch since I could see NO way to fix them. We decided to replace all three of the rubber straps on all three chairs, and they had the job done in maybe 15 minutes. Thirty bucks later we were on the way home with perfect chairs. I almost can't wait for the straps to break on the other three chairs since I now know where to go. A+ happy face; don't toss your broken patio or pool furniture. Strip-N-Strap was even on our side of town! (near Hamilton and I-70 east)

They specialize in outdoor furniture repair and had many colors of strapping to choose from. The job was completed quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
