This was not the first time I have used them and they quickly vindicated that decision! If I need a contractor to do the work I can't or don't want to do, this is the only call I make. Time after time and job after job, they go above and beyond the call of duty and will always exceed my expectations. I needed recessed lighting installed in several rooms to join the 21st century. Two rooms in particular (the dining room and family room) were forever dark, but no more! I just can't believe how well lit everything is now thanks to their great work! When all was done you would never know they were even here. During the job, there were holes galore made to complete the electric work, but they had a master artist that could make Michaelangelo blush. They not only patched the holes, but made the ceiling match perfectly with the rest of the popcorn ceiling. Pattern for pattern, you have no idea where the holes even were! They left my home better than when they started and even fixed up mistakes or damages left years ago. At times I questioned that they were contractors because they appear to do the work of magicians. They do what I believed was impossible and do it with such precision and excellence. The paint on the walls were 18 years old and I couldn't offer them existing paint to cover up the patchwork that was necessary to complete the job. They took a sample of a painted wall and said they would take it to their people. I believe their people may be elves armed with pixie dust and rainbow dreams because they came back with different paint that perfectly matched my existing painted walls! I am left both in awe and humbled by their outstanding performance. There is no other contractor I will ever call. It is Stouters Construction is the only option now and in the future!

PHENOMENAL. The level of professionalism was unparalleled. Each day the crew arrived promptly, worked all day from 9am until 6pm, and each night made sure their work area was tidied, cleaned, and vacuumed. Their kindness, attention to detail, and knowledge was truly outstanding. Stouters Construction partnered with another company for the installation. That company only budgeted them three days to build and install all cabinets, crown molding , handles, soft-closures, full island etc. When their desire to do every aspect of the job as precisely as possible made the job run over by 2 days, they ate the costs to ensure the job was done right. I could not be more impressed with this company and will be hiring them for all jobs I need done (if I can get on their busy schedule). Stouters Construction is absolutely the BEST!

As a general contractor, Anthony took on the job of correcting structural and utilities damage caused by the incompetence of a prior contractor. Anthony secured structural and mechanical permits required by the city of Dublin. He arranged for a structural engineer to draw plans for the replacement of joists that were cut by the prior contractor. He also brought in licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC contractors to repair all the mechanical damage. The window installation and the rest was straight forward remodeling done by Anthony and his crew. This was not an easy job. Anthony was patient and considerate of our situation. His pricing is fair and he does not mark up the cost of cabinets and materials or tack an up-charge on services provided by his sub-contractors. If you've had a remodeling disaster with another contractor, Anthony is your man to fix it!

The work was excellent, and the workers were good. They were prompt, and they left the area clean. I have used them 3 times, and I am going to use them again in February. Anthony is willing to work with you and I have hired people who tell you what to do, but Anthony is willing to do what you want him to do. He is open to your suggestions.

Anthony and his crew are amazing! After having a very bad experience with another contractor, I hired Anthony to fix all of the defects in the other contractor's work and finish the project. He was very professional from the moment he came to give me the bid. He is extremely honest and trustworthy. All of his work was top notch. I have recomened him to my friends and family members and will use definitely use him again in the future!

Anthony was completely honest with us and told us that there were no issues to be corrected. He could easily have told us that had a major problem and given us a big quote and done unneeded work and we wouldn't have known the different. But he was absolutely hones and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely call him again if we need some work done.

They were punctual, professional and listened to all of our requests. They did a great job of creating a cabinet that matched the existing woodwork and décor. They matched the stain to the existing woodwork. They went above and beyond by creating a way to install new A/V wiring through the wall to the TV by installing conduit. They then patched up the wall and blended it perfectly back to the original state. I want to thank them for their excellent work and for completing it quickly! I would highly recommend them.

First and foremost if you don't do your homework on any contractor before hiring them, you need far more help than I or anyone can provide. I say this because most of the other contractors I had interviewed wasted my time giving me stats on home repair that I didn't care about and various vindications on just how good they are. If I didn't like them, they would never have talked to me in the first place, but they insisted on going through the sales speak and annoyed me with every passing minute. This did NOT happen with Stouters Construction. From start to finish Anthony and his team at Stouters Construction was a joy to work with and have onboard. As far as I'm concerned they are the only option to use in Columbus, Ohio for any job. Anthony's professionalism goes deep. He understand you and he's the anti-salesman. He doesn't waste your time and treats you like an adult. If you say you know what you want and your articulate what you want he will work with you and go above and beyond to make sure the job isn't just done right but is flawless. If any mistakes are made, he fixes them without questions or asking and he leaves your home better than when he started. I wanted my bathroom remodeled as it was 13 years without touching the room. I knew it needed to be done and together Anthony and his team worked with me to get through it all. There was some mold issues from an old toilet that we disposed of a few months ago and we got the problem fixed. I will run out of positive superlatives to describe the class "A" job Anthony and his team did. They are just good people. They're very personable and they understand it's your house they're fixing and do everything they can to make sure nothing is damaged or tampered with after they leave. They stick plastic tarp from your front door to wherever the job is and your carpet will not suffer when they are gone. It will be protected. Anthony is honest and doesn't give you sales speak or crazy promises. He and his team may take longer than others but the job will be better than anyone else and you won't pay as much as others who claim they can do it faster. I want the job done right so accuracy mattered more than speed. Anthony and his team was a class act from beginning to end. I did want things they did cost more than he estimated but I knew this going in and wasn't shocked that I had to pay more for some of the things I wanted like an upgraded shower door and such. Anthony will not let you down and you will always know where you stand with him. I can tell you if you hire him there will at no point be any surprises, tricks or gimmicks. It's complete honesty from day one. My bathroom looks so beautiful and I do admit the only shock that remains is by how well Anthony, his team and I understood each other and the choices we made together were spot on perfection. I would even go so far as to say if you need major work done to your home and don't hire Stouters Construction, you are playing Russian Roulette with your home and that's a game I will not play. I would never consider anyone else to do a major job like that to my home in the future, except Stouters Construction, and you should feel the same way. I am so relieved I made the right choice in hiring Stouters Construction and you should too should you have the privilege of granting Anthony and his team make your home vastly greater than it is when you started. I would strongly encourage anyone to hire Stouters Construction and can't be more definitive about this statement. They're simply the best contractors you could ever hope to hire.

After the previous long winded dissertation on all of the many reasons you should choose Stouter's Construction, perhaps there is a need for something a bit simpler here? 1 - I had a need. 2 - I called Stouter's Construction. 3 - Anthony and his team came right away (though planned in advance, a necessary provision). 4 - My budget was met, remodel was completed on time, open for business on exact target date. 5 - Follow up has been systematic but not intrusive and always professional. 6 - Referred everyone I know to him!

As I described above, they did a really great job. The workmanship that they brought to the project was first rate, which showed in all areas, but especially in the woodwork and the installation of the cabinets. In addition to the great results, I also have to comment on the fantastic communication that they kept up throughout the project. Anyone who has had extensive work done on their home knows how important that is. They kept me apprised of all developments as they happened, and when changes were necessary, they gave me options that kept in mind my goals while also keeping within my original budget. They also finished the projects a few days before the promised completion date. I could not be happier with the project and plan to work with them on future projects. I would highly recommend Stouters Construction.

Anthony was very professional throughout the duration of the project. The work area was clean and organized every evening, minimizing the feeling of living in a construction zone. I am very particular, but fortunately for me Anthony is too. He pays attention to all the details and genuinely cares about getting everything right. I was very happy with the finished product.

As always, Anthony was very professional and reasonably priced. His attention to detail is excellent. The backsplash was installed and grouted beautifully!
